I still haven't received my order after 2 month.
They don't answer mails. I requested money back but they don't answer.
Don't ever buy anything from this scam fake company

The order arrived in time and when I noticed missing parts they were quickly sent after as well

I ordered the SEXY-Buttons Commander. Their website claimed it includes the OBD-Cable. The delivery happend without the OBD Cable. Support told me, they would take care and order one for me to receive. That was a month ago and it is still not resolved, and I guess it won't be before the holidays/new year. I am not able to use the product and support usually answers with the same messages, that they'll check and get back to me.

Order set of wheels and some other stuff. Fairly quick delivery and when a few items were missing, due to misstanke from their part. they just checked their system and packed up the remaining items and shipped them without fuzz. Only downside is that the chat (customer support) seems pretty busy so I had to wait a while for response on my inquiry

Unfortunately, I tried to use Greendrive to order wheels and tires. I have ordered tires over a month ago. A week or so after my order, I received a message from Julien from Green Drive who told me that the order that I did was not valid because the tires I selected were not available anymore. Fine. I requested to have different tires then, but to have it shipped as soon as possible because I needed them for the winter season. 3-4 days later, I received a message that the tires were still not sent, because there was a miscommunication from my part. Fine. I answered that I wanted them to send them asap. A week later, another person from Green Drive contacted me again, mentioning that my order could not be processed, because tires are lacking... I feel like I am being scammed now, but well, I give it the doubt and I am patient, so I replied asking them to confirm that they would send the tires before the end of the week. I waited until now, friday, and still nothing, so I have asked to be reimbursed and never to deal with Green Drive again. I am super disappointed, and I am not sure I will even get reimbursed. Do not order at Greendrive! It's super disappointing and takes a lot of time. Be careful.

I ordered a few parts for my Tesla. The order was processed and shipped within few days. I recieved my package about a week later.

Til danske kunder: I modsætning til øvrige danske anmeldelser, har jeg haft en fin oplevelse. Min ordre blev hurtigt ekspederet, og jeg modtog det jeg havde bestilt.

UPDATE: Briefly after my review, a manager reached out, excused and offered to ship the item via express or refund instantly. I have received the refund now and agreed to send back any parcel that would arrive.

On the 19th of June I ordered several items that were listed as “in stock”. About a week later I received all items beside the most expensive item, which were hub caps.

I wrote to the customer support (incl. pictures of what was delivered) and asked for the missing item on the 27th. The customer support answered the day after that a second parcel with the missing item was on the way and would arrive within 2 business days.

The parcel never arrived. I never even received a tracking number. I complained and the customer support created a new order on the 3rd July. The order never had a tracking number even though customer support promised that it was send. I kept asking for the tracking number every day (Tuesday to Friday) but never received a tracking number.

On Monday, 10th July I canceled the order as I still had not received a tracking number and asked for my money to be returned.

On Tuesday, the team all over sudden explained that they had issues with their logistics and that the item never was in stock. They further claimed that the parcel was send by now and that they only would return my money once they get hold of the package that does not exist in any system.

I will consider opening a fraud case with French and local police and can only warn any one from buying from this store.

C'est exactement ce qu'aucun d'entre nous ne veut lors de ses achats en ligne. C'est le poison pur pour les achats en ligne, c'est qu'il faut attendre et passer beaucoup de temps. Pour certaines entreprises qui ne sont pas suffisamment professionnelles et qualifiées pour cette industrie. C'est pourquoi j'écris aussi cette mauvaise critique. Comme ils utilisent mon temps inutilement.

I'm waiting and waiting. And not getting my air mattress/mattress for my Tesla model Y. I have written to them and put my number CF291968698FR And it doesn't help much. This is very annoying. Is just what none of us want when shopping online. It is the pure poison for online shopping, it is that you have to wait and spend a lot of time. For some companies that are not professional and skilled enough for this industry. That's why I'm also writing this bad review. As they use my time unnecessarily.

Jeg venter og venter. Og får ikke min luftmadras/madras til min Tesla model Y. Jeg har skrevet til dem og lagt mit nummer CF291968698FR Og lige meget hjælper det. Det her er meget irriterende. Er lige det som ingen af os ønsker når man handler på nettet. Det er nemlig det rene gift for nethandlen det er at man skal vente og bruge en masse tid. For nogen firmaer som ikke er professionelle og dygtige nok til denne branche. Derfor skriver jeg også denne dårlig anmeldelse. Da de bruger min tid unødvendigt.

Excellent products and customer service. I purchased Tesla Model Y wheel covers. Excellent quality and delivery. Had an issue a few months later and dealt with Cassandra in customer service. Excellent service. Highly recommend buying from Greendrive.

Fast delivery, good packaging and good quality products. Fast response on customer service and kind staff. Very satisfied in general and will most likely buy from this store again.

Excellent quality products. Fast delivery. On my second order I was mistakenly sent items for a model Y instead of 3. One email to customer service and I had free return labels and replacement items were sent quickly. Would definitely recommend for Tesla accessories.

Slow shipping and poor packaging

Shipping took ages and when it finally arrived, the box was all beat up. All of the items were just thrown in the box with no packaging material inside.

I have yet to test if everything ordered works.

Bought 18” Uberturbine Wheel Covers here. Fair price and fast shipping. Even two weeks after having them and losing one of the covers (my fault), and asking if I could purchase a separate one, they shipped one to me for FREE! Amazing customer service, will be returning here for all future tesla accessories.

I'm very satisfied because I misordered a part and later on after 3 days contacted the store and asked if I could cancel the purchase. They refunded it right away and cancelled the purchase without asking a question.

They missed the center caps in the shipment and in two days they sent them to us. A really fantastic service and attention!.

I bought the rear performance style spoiler for my M3, the shape wasn’t perfect fit, as indicated in the details the product. But the super assistance of Greendrive Customer support, have organized the free pickup and the replace of the product.
Now is installed and is perfect!

Ordered travel bags for Tesla on 21/11/2022. Were supposed to be in stock. Got an email that they were sent 23/11/2022. We are now 11/12/2022 and still no bags. When checking my account there is still no track and trace... so are they sent or not. I have sent an email and their answer was that I had to wait 8 to 10 days before delivery. Well, we are 10 days after that 10 days now, and still nothing.
Finally after sending some more emails the bags were delivered after 30 days...

Excellent service from Greendrive. Bought wheel and tyres replacing my 20’s with 18’s for my Model 3 Performance.
