Attended dental beauty Greenhithe for…

Attended dental beauty Greenhithe for an appointment, and was told I needed a crown, I asked if I could have the tooth filled instead and was told yes but may need a crown in the future. I had the filling done, and had to go back a couple of days later to have the tooth filed down then I noticed I had a lump/ swelling above the filled tooth the dentist claimed she could not feel or see anything, so no action taken, I then went back to her a couple of weeks later as I felt it was getting bigger, and she once again said there was nothing there bearing in mind I had my husband and other family members look and they could see the gum was swollen . I then contacted the dentist again and asked for a second opinion, the dentist I saw then felt exactly what I felt and took x-ray which showed I had two pockets of infection, still no action taken no antibiotics given, I then ended up at an emergency dentist, by that time I had 3 abscess’s my mouth and my mouth was a mess, I was put straight on antibiotics then had to have the tooth out then had to have further antibiotics, I was in so much pain . This was clear negligence it should have been investigated the first visit unfortunately the dentist does not seem to think that she has any responsibility in this matter

Terrible customer service

I have had toothache for 3 days and a loss of teeth. So I phoned the dentist and was told they have no appointments and to phone the next day.
Next day comes phoned the surgery told again no appointments and then in a rude manner was told you haven’t been here since 2019 that was your last appointment.
Well there has been a pandemic and some of us have an extremely busy lifestyle.
Very disappointed perhaps they should review there customer service at the front desk ie receptionist.
