Nice experience friendly staff made to feel comfortable in the chair I would recommended this dentist for a clean environment friendly service

My family, friends and I are no longer using the practice. They probably are not aware, but it will reflect on the profit and loss sheet in due course. They actually are in the process a relaunch which happens when sales (or, and) services decent.
Enough is enough

Zero stars. Visited as NHS patient and had ticked the boxes to say I did not want to purchase private hygienist treatments.

Within 5 minutes of entering the treatment room (and while I had dental instruments inside my mouth and was unable to respond) the dentist said to me that, their opinion was it was clinically necessary for me to have private hygienist treatment. When I managed to say I didn't want to pay for that, the dentist withdrew the requirement and claimed had only been making a recommendation. Dentist did not offer a scale and polish. This is not OK, the NHS dental website is clear "If your dentist says you need a particular type of treatment to make your mouth healthy, you should not be asked to pay for it privately."

We are in a new era of service and I think this is time to stop this type of aggressive marketing of private treatment, which fails to recognise that many patients are not comfortable questioning or challenging authority figures such as dentists and focus on providing customer service rather than pushing private sales.

Had an appointment with the implant specialist who failed to create a care plan and also never did the referral to the hospital for the extraction I needed terrible service would avoid at all cost.
