Absolutely terrible pans, literally can’t even fry an egg.!
Definitely NOT non stick
If I could give zero stars I would do.
If I could give zero stars I would do.
The pans are horrendous quality, the coating comes off within once use they are terrible to clean.
I reported my dissatisfaction with customer services, I have emailed now 8 times and have heard no reply. I have contacted directly/via their website and on social media and my emails are just being ignored.
TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID, AVOID
Worst Pans ever and expensive.
Worst Pans ever and expensive.
Terrible customer service as well.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Poor quality
Poor quality. Don't waste your money. Buy British or European pans. I've had these pans several months now. I was seduced by TV marketing and I deeply regret it. They replaced my German pans, which were good quality but not non stick, I shouldn't have been so quick to charity shop them. Not a chef but love cooking. These pans are not good quality and the nonstick coating is already peeling off the milk pan rim yet I barely use it! I suggest the other bad reviews are perfectly genuine and not written by competitors. The wooden handles on the utensils are also poor quality. I shall be donating to charity and replacing them.
The pan is not non stick
The pan is not non stick, onions, mushrooms, pancakes you name it sticks. Never again, hopefully when I bring it back to the store they refund me. Terrible quality.
BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!
I bought a stainless contact grill from Greenpan NZ
We found out the day after they sent my tracking number from Melbourne they canceled the order!!
They keep sending me enquiry numbers & the same false tracking number that went nowhere!!
Their phone numbers never went anywhere!!
I tried every Greenpan’s email addresses as I could find World wide (parent company ‘The Cookware Company’
I have never received my order
I finally went to DISPUTUES!!
I will only buy Greenpan from now on
I will only buy Greenpan from now on. Diamond nonstick is amazing.....the quality is amazing....I don't understand the bad reviews...I have had every different pan type to ever exist....Greenpan is on another level. I have several Greenpan types ....every one brilliant.
The items arrived damaged
The items arrived damaged. They force you to buy your own insurance for the item to be shipped and then they force you to submit your own insurance claim if the item is damaged. 2 pans were shipped in a box with no packaging to prevent them from banging around. they arrived chipped and dented. Now it is my responsibility to repackage them, ship them back, and file and insurance claim. Their customer service is atrocious.
These skillets are worthless
These skillets are worthless. Might as well look for cast iron on eBay. This is what the skillet looks like after using it
Really easy to cook and clean the pan…
Really easy to cook and clean the pan I’ve bought. Will purchase more soon.
Best pans I've used - don't believe bad reviews
So, I got the GreenPan set, frying, saucepan and 3 lidded casserole dishes with collander and utensils via Dunelm.
I don't understand why there are bad reviews for this make as these are such high quality and looks beautiful (nice sage) completely non stick, I usually just wipe out with kitchen roll which is enough.
I suspect the negative reviews make be fake from a competitor?
I'll be keeping my pans for years to come.....oh and there's warranty!
Greenpan is a disappointment
Greenpan won't let you write a review after you've had a period of time to use it. My waffle maker is such a disappointment. The waffles are mottled, rather than uniform in color, and that's when USING the UNIFORM setting. You have to completely turn off the waffle maker to create a second batch. If you don't, it won't time the session. They DO NOT CARE if there is a problem. They told me that this is how I would have to do it in the future. I won't buy any more products from them, and I will let people know not to trust them. It's too bad, because the concept is good, but the company is not.
Shipping ripoff.
Shipping ripoff.
Have Valencia Pro and a few GP5 Pieces. Was going to add few more.
Found ripoff on shipping. Cannot turn down extra $5 shipping ins charge on order. Free ship a scam because extra charge is added instead.
Looking to other brands now instead to fill out my kitchens.
Very bad Greenpan experience
We purchased 2 Greenpan "non stick ceramic" frying pans through Myer . In a word misleading and deceptive with respect to claims of non stick . Didint matter what we cooked (eggs, bacon, stirfry ,hamburgers etcc ) Everything sticks to the pan and wont come off with washing (as per instructions) Our previous pans lasted 12 years Theses have lasted 6 weeks and now in the bin So bad.
I bought a whole heap of your pans at…
I bought a whole heap of your pans at myers they ranged from around $130 to over $300 per pan .i spent probably around $1300 on pans ..they are the worst pans ever created.. everything sticks to them to point it actually wrecks your food …example…chicken or steak actually tears off when you try to remove it to turn it over ..the only thing I’ve found that doesn’t stick to them is water ..I had to buy a $18 pan from wollworths as an emergency pan .. I have not one issue with there pan ..it never sticks anywhere and it goes in the dishwasher …I can honestly say if yous are 100 percent on saying your pans are quality and non stick I would love to send these back to yous ..not for a refund of my money ..but for yous to try and cook with them to see why I’m so upset about it …
Poor quality. Spend your money on anything else.
These pans were bought by me due to the lifetime warranty. The pans are chipped and not made to last. I tried to contact customer care but no reply. Phone number does not work either. Would not recommend these pans at all.
Please save your money
I’ve been trying to use Greenpan for over two years but they are simply hopeless. Dinner ruined again this evening. They don’t stay non-stick for long, are hard to clean and the customer service is non-existent. Save your money and buy a better product.
I wish I had googled reviews before
I wish I had googled reviews before! My review is not about customer service (haven't even got that far yet) but the product itself.I love to cook - and cook often and with very good equipment and ingredients.
I saw this on a promotion at Myers - but it was still VERY expensive but I purchased and was so excited to try my new tool... every single time I have used this pan - the food sticks (and burns) and also, it doesn't clean up in the dishwasher (and I have a very good dishwasher). I keep giving it another 'go' thinking maybe I haven't put enough oil in - or maybe I should try without etc - I followed all the advice but you know what, writing this review, Ive actually decided to throw it out ( no, not recycle because I don't wish this pan on anyone else). It is a dud!!! all the reviews are true!!! this is expensive rubbish and no good to the environment because you need to spend time and 'agents' trying to clean it up! I DO NOT recommend this pan - there is so much choice out there but this one is not advisable. I won't even 'try' to rate it - just don't buy it and waste your time and effort.
I Give Up
I have purchased numerous Greenpans hoping that the coating would last more than a few months. I have been wasting money. It's time to move onto another brand.
