We are delighted with our garden studio. It is exactly what we were hoping for some years. The original surveyor who visited us several years ago wasn’t very enthusiastic and put us off. When we revisited this idea with Green Retreats, their surveyor, Daniel Hunt, who visited, was outstanding and it was only thanks to his highly professional attitude that we decided to proceed. He was outstanding during the following consultations and found solutions to problems on site. Daniel is a credit to the company and the reason why we felt confident to go ahead with it. The care and attention we were given by Green Retreats throughout the whole process was exceptional, including from the Customer Care and Aftercare team. Particular praise to Sogna Bushay and Tracey Joyce.

We purchased the G1 design studio of 5m x 4m. It is really high standard, it looks fantastic both externally and internally. Any little hiccups were resolved very quickly and to our total satisfaction. We full heartedly recommend Green Retreats for 5 star garden studios. Be sure to ask every question when designing your studio. The sales team is very helpful and knowledgeable in answering.

Amazing company. I love my summer house which is used to run my business. Always fantastic support available. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing extra space. 😊

We drove up to the main show room and were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were there for 2 hours and my kids were kept happy with a slush puppy supplied by Green Retreats and wondering around various rooms. Dan Riddick showed us around and was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. I would highly recommend a visit to the main show room if you are considering purchasing a garden room.

Green Retreats installed a wonderful garden office for us. An impressive showroom with helpful staff throughout this project. The build team were excellent and quick. We are so pleased with the installation and quality. We have already recommended Green retreats to those who have asked and some who have passed our door and asked who designed it. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Green Retreats enough!

From the initial contact, right through to the completion of the project, they were fantastic!

All the staff that we encountered were great, From our initial emails to actually visiting them at Westcott! Even when we made changes to our design, they were accommodating and helpful. Plus you get great coffee and customer service.

To name but a few, Sogna, William, Natasha and the builders, electricians and the gentleman who installed the blinds. Everyone who we encountered was very helpful, informative, polite and friendly.

If you’re thinking of purchasing an outdoor building, then I recommend highly recommended visiting Green Retreats at either their Westcott or Twickenham showroom. Seeing is believing!

We couldn’t be more happier with our building and are now looking forward to making the most of it!

So…….Green Retreats are not just about a professional, precise quality install…..they also do aftercare brilliantly. Some minor issues with our doors were swiftly and expertly resolved by the aftercare team! Highly recommend 👍👍

We went in to get an introduction to garden rooms and were impressed.

Our experience today was amazing and incredibly informative from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at reception, where we were warmly welcomed by Diane and another lovely lady, to the rest of our visit, we felt very well looked after.

We met with Amanda, the Design Advisor, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. We had visited before, but wanted to clarify a few things before making our final decision, and Amanda made the whole process so much easier.

What we particularly appreciated was that we never felt rushed or pressured at any point, which made a massive difference to our experience.

After today’s visit, we have now decided to go ahead with purchasing one of their garden office products, and we’re really excited about it!

I would highly recommend Green Retreats. If you’re considering a garden room or office but are still unsure, it is definitely worth visiting the showroom. Seeing the options in person and speaking to the team really helped us make our decision.

Great summer house and brilliant aftercare with lovely staff

We have had a couple of great experiences with Green Retreats. The quality of work is excellent, staff are all very nice to deal with and the overall value for money is very good. I would recommend them without reservation.

Friendly staff, very attentive.Amazing customer service.
Sam was very knowledgeable and took time to understand our situation and the need for the annex. Gave us time to look around after explaining and viewing the Hide etc. Came away with ideas and a booked in surveyor.

Zaynab spent nearly a whole day with my husband, my parents and myself helping to plan an annex. She patiently showed us the green retreat showhome pods and helped plan the annex to the best available space.

Staff were amazing and went through everything in detail. The buildings were all lovely and lots of choice on offer.

Just had the most amazing aftercare service from Green Retreats. I had a garden office installed 9 years ago and had a query about the roof. They jumped on the issue immediately, as if I'd had it installed yesterday, and have resolved the issue speedily and courteously. Cannot recommend this company too highly!

I asked customer services where I could locate a replacement door cap and James very kindly organised for some replacement caps to be sent to me. All the more impressive bearing in mind we had the garden room installed several years ago (and we still love it).

We were looking for advice on the possibility of having a garden office in a property we were looking to buy and the Green Retreats team's help was second to none

We had a fabulous time at Green Retreats. We went with our two kids to look at an outdoor office and what we thought might be a challenging visit trying to assess and review the outbuildings whilst looking after two children was surprisingly easy! The staff there are all so friendly, they helped with our kids who were able to play on the slide and swing outside, have free ice creams, draw pictures on the kids table inside, run around and even watch Peppa pig in the Netflix room whilst we sat down quietly with a cup of tea and scoped out our perfect office!

All of this and we also managed to charge up our car for free during the visit!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I would highly recommend to anyone.

From the off the Green Retreats experience was great. I went to visit the showroom in Buckinghamshire which had the model I was looking at in one of the sizes I was considering. To see this not only helped me workout the size but also ideas of how to style it afterwards.

The staff were very knowledgable and extremely helpful. That didn't change when I went through the ordering process, the site visit was great, we ironed out some access issues with the install team ahead of time. I then was looked after by Jessica who was very quick to respond no matter how many questions I asked. Both install teams were so friendly and hard working even in this unbearable heat. They were very careful bringing equipment through the house.

I'm now in the garden office and couldn't be happier. It's such a big undertaking with so many things to consider so to have a company who is there to support you through any ideas or queries you have was incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Thank you so much to the brilliant team of guys for their hard work building our new garden room. We could not fault them - professional through and through. We hardly knew that they were in our garden. We are absolutely thrilled with our retreat and cannot wait to use it. Our experience from the beginning, when we first visited the wonderful showroom, to the end product has been seamless and very professional.

Our new annex has surpassed all expectations. Not only is it a beautiful space flooded with natural light, but the entire experience of working with Green Retreats was fantastic.
The whole team made the process incredibly easy from start to finish, and the project was completed on time and within budget. We couldn't be happier with the finished result and would highly recommend Green Retreats.
