Well where do i begin!! From our initial enquiry and arriving at their show rooms in Aylesbury. The first class service began till our completion.
Staff are amazing, customer service is second to none. Personally for us to make a big financial commitment to the build, i was insure. The staff walked us through all the options, prices, additions and upgrades.
We were treated amazingly, no pressure sales around additional upgrades. We felt in safe hands.
Every step of the way was explained, with 1-2-1 support, no questions were unanswered.
The build went smooth, all aspects of the staff involved were polite, chatty n happy with a brew to crack on.
Efficient from start to finish with the guarantees and advice moving forward to enjoy our future build.
Recommended to several friends already.

Well I am sat in my green retreat right now. I'm toasty warm with the aircon heating it up and I am able to do my work without the distractions of the house.

In short, the green retreat room is exactly what I needed it to be.

The installation teams and the admin staff were all excellent along the way.

Very well organised. The job was carried out in a series of stages done by separate teams and they all knew exactly what needed to be done and did it efficiently.

Since the very first contact we knew we were buying from a very professional company. The service we have received from the design through to build and completion has been great.

Supportive sales team; good communication during the process; very friendly and polite workmen during the survey and installation process; the newly built garden office is well beyond my satisfaction.

When I researched garden rooms, Green Retreats stood out. The design I chose was different, looked classy and when I went to their showroom, I was very impressed with what I saw. The process from start to finish has been seamless. From the admin staff, in particular Sogna who answered all my queries very quickly, to the guys that built the garden room (Andy and his team) , the professionalism and quality was excellent. After 8 years of happily working in my Green Retreats garden office, I noticed a stain on the inside plaster and a part of the skirting has come away. Two runs of the flooring has also been affected by the small leak. Green retreats let me take them round the damaged area using my phone camera and WhatsApp. They quickly identified the problem, we fixed a date for what was going to be a full replacement floor and skirting, sealant around the door and rehanging the door so that it ran smoothly. This was all done on 17 November 2025. Yes there is some repainting afterwards, but that was due anyway. I'm totally blown away by the aftersales service of this company. This garden room was bought 8 years ago as a home office. It paid for itself (compared to renting a room locally) in under 4 years. I've now retired and the room is being repurposed for life after work. And I've got a brand new floor to boot! Thank you Green Retreats.

The actual process of buying whilst dealing with green retreats was perfect. We purchased via Costco, dealing with Costco wasn't great. They were at times rude didnt have a clue about what I was trying to order. I tried 3 separate Costco branch’s before I found someone willing and able to help me. But not green retreats fault but perhaps they could talk to Costco so that their staff could be educated in their product.
Installation was good, apart from the noise from the men doing the installation despite asking for less noise. (Music blaring and a lot of shouting).
The actual building is great. Does exactly what I need it to do. Id definitely recommend green retreats.

A thoroughly pleasant experience at the Westcott showroom. We had a good opportunity to go around all the display units with a Green Retreats expert who helped us with all our questions and queries. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and well organised. Possibly one of the best showrooms I have ever visited. Left us in no doubt that we want to buy from Green Retreats.

From stepping foot into the showroom through to the final fit out/hand over, dealing with Green Retreats has been excellent throughout.

No pressure in the showroom to make decisions, staff were amazing at presenting the different options available and explaining how everything worked.

Design process was really straight forward and easy, site visit was excellent, regular communication from Sogna and the team on what was needed, when, and what to expect.

The installation teams, for the foundations/base, the building itself, plastering and final fix have all been brilliant and all the work looks to have been done to a very high standard with genuine pride in their work.

If we were to start the process from scratch, we’d pick Green Retreats again without question.

We were contemplating building a gym with shower room at the back of our garden and this was entailing architect designs, planning consents, building regs and tenders, which all proved too prohibitive. A visit to the showroom convinced us we could do this without the hassle and at less than half the price the builders were quoting. Our builder still had to level the site and install drainage, power and the bathroom, but the rest was completed by Green Retreats. Jessica P was our contact and most helpful throughout the process, even when we were changing some factors of the design past the deadline for change date. All in all, very happy with what has been installed and a great customer experience both from Jessica and the installation team.

I cannot rate our experience with Green Retreats more highly.
Staff have consistently been professional, friendly, helpful, transparent, patient - and we never once felt pressured.
I include the showroom staff, customer support, and all of the contractors in this.
We always knew exactly what to expect and by when.
The quality of the lodge now it's built is is just above and beyond.
And yes, it was a big expense, but when we look at what we have and how it was delivered, the value far outstrips other work we've done to our house.

Thank you for a most helpful and instructive visit today. We were promptly welcomed and Antonia, having given us a coffee, showed us the options we had and allowed us time to review these on our own. This helped us to confirm our choice and to meeting Antonia afterwards to draw up some plans. We were encouraged by the range of options and the facility with which a survey could be conducted, the ease of access for construction, and the quality of materials used, including your 'green' credentials.

We had a fantastic experience with Green Retreats. We were at first browsing just for ideas but then met by Louisa who went to great lengths to show us around and explain the options, superb service. She was also on hand to answer the many questions we had on the installation and construction. Once we decided then the process was really smooth, the base installation, the room construction and the electrics were all done by incredibly polite and helpful people, we were very impressed. They listened to every detail, installed to our instructions and placements which made the experience very simple. This was all done and co-ordinated by Natalie with great service. Would highly recommend.

A warm welcome, a coffee and very personalised and professional service. No push, no hard sell, just competent and knowledgeable staff that underscored the positive vibe of your showroom and Green Retreat example builds. Toni was exemplary in the way she dealt with us.

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and offered us refreshments. We had booked a site visit with Harrison who was friendly and welcoming and who assessed our needs in terms of what we were looking for and patiently talked through options and walked us round the site to explore the different designs. We then drew up a design and decided upon the details of this, knowing it could be changed at any time should we wish. We were then given a quotation and Harrison explained the process from start to installation and completion. I will be contacting Green Retreats in the near future to arrange installation in my new home.
