I truly recommend Green Stuff World.

The customer experience is excellent from start to finish. I had a small issue with my order and the customer service was extremely responsive, efficient, and easy to contact, which is honestly rare nowadays.

The products are of very high quality, both for miniatures and terrain, and the prices are extremely competitive compared to Vallejo or Citadel, for products that are just as good, if not better.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s simple: for miniatures and scenery, I now only order from them.
I highly recommend Green Stuff World.

A lot of products are basically rebranded dropshipping from cheap chinese shops like ali-express . I had to insist and remind them of EU law to get a replacement after a mixer died while it was still under warranty (less than a year after purchase). The new mixer lasted less than a year too. Their product reviews are filtered, no negative reviews are public.

Avoid this site.

I was looking for a specific product to finish a modeling project. I did a random Google search and found a link to the very item I was looking for. GSW had more than what I expected and the prices were so reasonable, I placed an order immediately. The shipping was really fast, the products were packaged expertly and the prices are more than reasonable. There was even a link to a tutorial!! I have everything I need and can't wait to try out the product on my latest creation. I've already told a number of friends about the products and the 5 star service!!

I had an issue with my account that I used to order on. The customer support team we're very helpful and polite, would recommend these guys.

I bought a can of Darth Blue chameleon spray paint for cosplay purposes. I used it once and it started leaking a sticky substance. Went back to use it today and not only has the paint liquidised, the sticky substance has covered a good portion of the can. Just shy of £40 including shipping for a can that managed to paint one medium prop.

I recently got back into playing rather than just painting Warhammer 40K. Managed to build up two armies (Black Templars and Imperial Knights) in a short space of time. I needed a way of transporting the armies to and from games so ordered the large army transport bag. On its first outing (with my army of Knights inside) the shoulder strap failed sending the bag and contents crashing to the floor. Breaking all but one of the two Knights and 6 armigers. I contacted Greenstuff world) who sent out a replacement bag (and an apology for the damage caused). The replacement bag arrived and (I do try to learn from experience) I tested all the straps. The lightest pressure on the new bags shoulder strap and this too failed, fortunately before trusting it with any of my miniatures. I don’t know what’s going on with their quality control but be warned to check yours before use.

Fell in love with the fluor paints some months ago. Did a order on monday, did something wrong with the payment. Instead off making a big deal out off it, someone from the costumer service apoliges for reacting to "late" to me. was just happy for the response and for the help, just shows human that you are and really want to help. And than the bits.... only can think about 1 song.

just love how you can make the standard in to something off your own. the random bits make all the Dnd come alive. from a cat laying in the tree, a potion in the hand off a skeleton to childrens toys that look like baby Yoda .

Very fast delivery of my order to Belgium. I ordered the texture Rollers "Dutch Bricks" and "Pavement" in the 1:35 scale.
tried them out on green Styrodur: great result. Very clear and neat imprint. This saves me hours of work.

Absolutely stellar customer service. Had a product that was damaged during shipping and they went out of their way to make it right for me. Beyond that they consistently have some of the most creative, unique, and exciting crafting supplies I've seen...and all at a very affordable price. Can't tell enough friends about how great they are and I'm definitely a customer for life now.

Company sold me stuff then later turned out to be discontinued.

Company offered replacements, they want the customer to pay for it. So their mistake causes the customer to be disadvantaged.

Customer support is non-existing. I ordered a bunch of LED's for a diorama. The ones I needed the most where packaged in the wrong bag. So the color was wrong! No problem, just asked them for a fix, but they just don't respond. I think they filter E-mail with complains to the trashbin.

I give them 7 more days to respond, otherwise we do some more 1 star reviews!

Really great product range for any modeller out there! The product descriptions are useful and written from the perspective of experienced modellers and/or figurine-miniature painters and is immediately relatable if you are already familiar with modeling, miniature painting and miniature basing.

I bought the army transport backpack and only started using it after some time. and the bracelet frayed on the first use. probably a production error. and now they send a new one! great service!

Delivery was held back a day due to missing item and when contacting customer support they reached out quickly and explained the issue, products arrived in perfect condition and are very high quality. 10/10 will be ordering from them again.

I have purchased four paint sets from GSW so far. The third contained one paint that was mixed way too thick. When I notifie GSW about it, they immediately apologized and offered me a new bottle of paint. As I live in a remote area and it was only one bottle, they asked if I was making another order. I was, so they made sure to package the new bottle of paint in that order. The new bottle arrived intact and was in line with my expectations.

I should note that I have made four orders so far and that each has arrived quickly and in good order. I have so far purchased a set of Chameleon, Chrome, Metallic Filter, and Fluor Paints and found them to be excellent. The paints themselves (with the warrantied exception) are consistent within each line, so once you figure out precisely how to handle each formulation you can use all the others in that line in the exact same fashion. I use my paint on tabletop minis. I love the colors, I love the finish, I love this paint.
