From the moment we met Chad in the showroom, before we even viewed any kitchens, we were treated like valued customers. Chad was extremely courteous and friendly. After many discussions Chad produced a fantastic design which we were 100% happy with. This included knocking down a wall to extend the kitchen and every trade that involves. The project was managed from start to finish over 6 weeks with excellent tradesmen and employees from Greentree.
We had approached some other companies and their designs were not even close to being as good as Greentrees.
The finished kitchen is for us our dream kitchen, the quality is outstanding and the design perfect for our needs and the space.
Greentree liaised with all other tradespeople involved so we had no worries or hassle whatsoever.
Special shout out to Dave, the fitter / joiner. Excellent workmanship and so friendly and helpful.
It goes without saying we would highly recommend Greentree. The quality and design are superb.
Thank you again to the whole team and especially Chad who brought our ideas to life (and that was no mean feat as we started from scratch with very little idea of how it should look in the end so his design skills proved to be priceless)

We returned to Greentree after we had a burst pipe in our kitchen. From the moment I spoke with Chad they did everything possible to help return our kitchen to the high standard that they had originally fitted it to.

The whole experience was excellent. The plan for my new kitchen perfectly reflected my own thoughts but with the added experience of the team, the plan was enhanced beyond my own vision. The work of installation itself was excellent, carried out with care and expertise. I have only positive feedback for the company and their employees and without any doubt I would use them again should I ever need to.

I had a kitchen designed and fitted by Greentree and it looks absolutely fantastic. Emma was spot on with her design , taking on board little tweaks that we wanted . She is so good at what she does.
I have had lots of comments off people saying how nice our new kitchen is .

Having looked around in the area, I decided to go with GreenTree Kitchens. Turns out it was a very wise decision. Some great design ideas that really transformed my space, and thoughtful with the spec I wanted but the budget that I had! Once agreed, the fit took place in a timely manner. All the chaps who built and managed my kitchen were fantastic; really courteous, turned up punctually, solved problems efficiently, left the space clean and tidy, just lovely guys. On completion, they took my snagging points seriously and sorted everything for me; they went above and beyond with some tasks! All in all, a seamless process and I love my new kitchen. Exactly what I wished for.

Visited the New show room this week in Llandudno an WOW!! Everything soo high spec and great quality. Service was exceptional …Richard and team have really raised the bar in all aspects. ✨

Richard and his team provided my sister with a fabulous kitchen, the quality is far superior to the "trade" brands and the price was very competitive considering the superior product.
Communication is good and having a multi-disciplinary team in-house is very useful.
I'd highly recommend Greentree Kitchens to anyone who is considering a new kitchen.

We have nothing but admiration for the whole team at Greentree Kitchens. We have a small kitchen in an old property in Rowen and had little idea of what could be achieved. From our meetings in the studio, we saw excellent projections of what could be done and made some changes. All of the work done was very professional with a minimum of mess. Even during the work there was a suggestion of using a pocket door which would save space and, as with the flooring and tiling, suppliers were recommended. We now have a completed kitchen which looks identical to the projection we saw in the studio and are delighted with the outcome. We would highly recommend the company. Ulrike and Paul Sibley

Greentree fitted a new kitchen for us as part of a bigger project. We approached them have received several recommendations and seen examples of their work elsewhere.
The process from beginning to end was brilliant including the patient help with our initial decisions on what we wanted, through to the installation process. The fitting team of H and Dave and their colleagues demonstrated excellent workmanship and were also friendly and tidy, showing respect to our property as they worked. From the first visit to the showroom to the completion the service from Greentree has been prompt and professional. The fitters, gas and electrician - Dave, H and Calum - skilled and clean workers. We are so pleased with the quality of our kitchen. Thank you very much.

Oh dear, not the company it used to be. Wanted to order some kit for my kitchen. Told on Saturday that it could be fitted by Christmas. They hadn’t got the courtesy to follow up, and I had to chase today -4 days later, only to be told they now can’t do the job before Christmas. Have had a new kitchen for another house designed by them, and now in two minds whether the company is actually up to it.

Having enquired elsewhere about acquiring a new kitchen, we decided to approach Greentree Kitchens so that we could make a comparison. We are so happy that we did!
Chad in the showroom was so patient with us as he helped us design, then tweak several times our new kitchen to ensure that we got what we wanted at the price that we wanted to pay. The whole process was exciting and made very easy for us.
The fitting was carried out quickly, efficiently and expertly. The fitting team of H, Dave, Ieuan, Mick and Calum were precise and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Their aim was to please the customer and they certainly did that.
We are now the proud owners of a beautiful kitchen.

Greentree Kitchens of Llandudno Junction fitted a new kitchen for us. The start date was delayed for a week due to the sub contracted installer being unavailable.
When the old kitchen was dismantled our mains water supply was inadvertently cut off for several hours. For two days our hot water supply was reduced to one running tap.
There was a mix up with the drawings for the new kitchen resulting in part of it having to be removed and reinstalled. Unfortunately the installer was not available to do this for three weeks. In the meantime our dishwasher was wrongly re installed and did not work. The new sink leaked.
A plumber was subcontracted to install a new central heating radiator. He arrived without the necessary parts so had to come back another day. The new radiator didn't work so he came back again to fix it. Subsequently our central heating system only partially worked leaving half the radiators cold. Despite several visits Greentree did not resolve this. With the help of of a British Gas engineer I managed to repair the problem myself.
The kitchen cupboards are robust and with the exception of a door hinge that came apart are solidly built.
Our kitchen is quite small and the job should have taken about a week but instead took about six weeks. We latterly decided to employ our own tiler rather than use Greentree. The whole experience was very disruptive and stressful
