Absolutely Unreliable. Avoid If You Expect Accountability
I placed an order nearly two months ago, worth close to $500, and the tracking number never activated. The shipping carrier never had it in their system. When a company offers a “100% delivery guarantee,” you’d think that would mean something, but apparently not here.
What followed was weeks of radio silence and generic replies telling me to “wait a little longer.” No updates, no transparency, no signs of anyone actually looking into the issue. The customer service, despite all their promises of “swift replies” and “excellent support,” was consistently unresponsive and reactive at best.
Then, after almost seven weeks, I received a letter from border services and the health department stating that the package was refused and denied entry into the country. This is especially frustrating given that the company explicitly guarantees no customs issues, which again turns out to be another hollow promise.
I immediately contacted Sara, the same sales rep who had no trouble replying quickly before I paid. I sent her a copy of the customs refusal letter and asked for clarification. That was weeks ago. I’ve followed up twice since. Still no reply.
It’s clear now. They are happy to take your money, but completely disappear the moment there’s a problem. That’s not just bad customer service. It’s a breach of trust.
I’ve ordered from them successfully in the past, but the real mark of a reliable business is how they handle problems, not how they behave when everything goes smoothly. This company failed at every level. I will not be ordering from them again, and I strongly suggest others do the same unless you are comfortable losing your money and being ignored.
