They send automated e-mail marketing campaigns to celebrate birthdays, marriage, etc. Even if people have been divorced or when they have passed away. This is a to sensitive topic to automate!!

I ordered some stuff for my girlfriend…
I ordered some stuff for my girlfriend whose birthday is on 14th of Februari. They send it with Packs and the t&t said after a while delivered. Nothing was delivered and nobody rang any doorbell! I’ve marked it as not delivered with Klarna and I still have to pay. They won’t give me a POD with my signature, it doesn’t exist of course. And I’ve been in a queue on their site for over 30 minutes now.
Horrible experience. Never ordering here again.

Horrible service and orders never arrive
I order from Australia for my family in NL. This time ordered a present and card, which never arrived. I contacted both Packs and Greetz, and Packs eventually, after a few days, responded by saying I need to contact Greetz. Greetz never responded, but sent me a crazy amount of promotional emails instead, including an email with a questionnaire. Filled out the questionnaire to point out the issue AGAIN. Their response was an automated email offering me a FREE STAMP for my next order. Beyond ridiculous and tone deaf. You already stole EUR 50+ from me, and now you want more?! Worst service ever, I will never in my life use Greetz again.

When I was ordering
When I was ordering, the app showed that the gift will be delivered the next day. And just after I ordered, it showed that due to carnival, delivery will be delayed. And then they delivered it after 2 days. My point is I ordered it for my husband to gift on the valentine day, that gift completely lost its importance after 2 days. Though the product was nice but for me it was completely a waste. They should have showed before ordering that the item can be delayed due to this reason. Not at all satisfied.

No card sent
Payed 5,28. No Valentine card sent. A lot of mails confirming that the card is on its way. But no card. Complained. Got a stupid answer from an A I assistent.
Gonne get the money back and after numerous mails 2,50€ in my account. Greetz is not a consumerfriendly bussines.
So they stated Please contact us so we can solve the matter, only to offer the same stupid 2,50 euro in my account. No apologie, wrong information (you got the card but too late) never got the card. Numerous mails from very different customerservice employees. What a terrible company. If you want to solve the matter, sent flowwers, sent a card!! There must be better cardcompanies......

Customer service unreachable
After I sent a card, I kept receiving emails from them that there was a quarantined message.. I tried contacting the customer service. The phone line was disconnected after 10 minutes. So, I tried the chat. The robot chat told me that someone would be online to help me within 20 minutes. After an hour I closed the chat. No other option to reach customer service.

The app is great but at the moment of delivery they don’t go to your door but leaves it next to the entrance in the building. Someone can easily steal this
