A truly atrocious bank. Its imposssible to wite just how bad in nglish.

Even by the abysmal standards of retail banking in France, Gresham is by several orders orders of magnitude, the worst bank in France.

I was a client of Legal and General France (which was ok) but was unfortunately bought by Apicil.

They are utterly and completely useless. And that's an understatement.

I complained to the banking moderator in France. They wrote back (twice) and said its the insurance moderator who deals with them. Be warned, the insurance moderator wlll only give an opinion that can be read in court if you sue. They cannot and will not force Gresham to do anything. So you are on your own.

Gresham know this. So unless you are suficiently wealthy (and young enough to wait 10 years while the wheels of Justice turn) look elsewhere. Within the EU there are countless banks better than Gresham. Use one, but declare it to the fisc, You cannot do worse.

Gresham ignore all emails. Their management ignore all letters (even registered) to managers. If you are not one of the arbitrary lucky ones to have an account manager its impossible to even speak to anyone on the phone.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS BANK. You will be extremely lucky to see your money again. Its difficult to imagine a worse bank than BNP Paribas, but if you want to find out, lend money to Gresham Banque Privée.
