Severe Issues with Company Supplying Goods to Customers or Scam
Made an order last year in October of three hats.
Have made contact a number of times via different email channels. Had success with their customer service team they have supplied on their website. Multiple times was reassured they would sort my order. Then later on near the end of January was told, after further back and forth, that I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Contacted again via email plus insta but it is now Mid-Feb and I am still without products purchased or a refund. At a loss of how to remedy this situation.
Mainly want to inform others of the risk of being scammed and some form of record of offence.
Regrettably, after further internet research it appears Grey Lines Australia is not held in good regard as a company/supplier and its legitimacy, if any, should very seriously be questioned among consumers.
Update: 19/02/26. After posting a review here and also at ProductReview.com.au I was contacted by Grey Lines and properly refunded 2 days later. Which was great. Long process but good ending. Cheers.
