Greystones have given me good and sound advice from 1985 when I joined NIG. I have no complaints at all. I would endorse recommend them to friends if required. Andy B.

Highly recommended

I have been with greystone for quite a few years now after a payout from a motorcycle accident and I can highly recommend this company. My financial advisor Helen Williamson has been professional yet took the time to get to know me as a person and not just a client. Greystone and in particular Helen continues to do amazing with my investment

Worthy Financial Advice

I would start by expressing my gratitude, appreciation and gratefulness for the timely, generous, thoughtful, selfless and wholehearted advice and support I received from Helen. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than I received.
Thank you ever so much.

A Better Financial Advisor.

I was in a Defined Benefit scheme with the Royal London and wanted to take advantage of the 25% tax free lump sum but because my policy was underfunded I could not do this with Royal London and had to look at the open market to take the 25%. Greystone FS was recommended to me some months back and I had communication with Faye Ashe of Greystone who presented a very professional approach throughout. Although I had little doubt about Greystone I decided to try to get a number of quotes, a pension is an important purchase so I needed to be sure I was making the right decision. During my search I came across IFAs who couldn't deal with DB schemes, one company (PSA) showed an unbeilable level of incompetence, another spent some time telling me about his company's "Gold Standards" before telling me he wanted £2000 upfront just to commission a report, and another (Grove) who's charge was 7.5% (Greystone charged me 4%) and even though I said I wasn't interested they bombarded me with their junk postal mail.

After all of this it was quite obvious that Faye Ashe of Greystone was far more professional than all the others put together. There was a lot of paperwork and I received quite a "grilling" from Faye who really wanted to be sure I was making the right decision. Once Faye was happy that I understood the risks (moving to the open market will ultimately cost me money and I will be out of pocket in about 17 years) which I was, having a number of other pensions. The work is now completed, I have my 25% tax free and the pension is setup.

My own dealings with Greystone have been positive throughout and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Greystone FS, if everyone in the company works to the same standard as Faye Ashe you can't go wrong.
