This company has a lot of products that use marketing and licensing to entice users... Be very weary when buying products. As they are ill conceived and poorly executed... The marketing and licensing makes them attractive.. You will find pitfalls making their products work, Because they are tailored to high-end systems... If you have problems with your product, you'll be sent to a Discord where you'll have to debate and discuss solutions, This is exactly that and customer service, And if you express your displeasure you can guess what happens next...... This is not a great place to be when you spend $600 or more on a product.
Proceed with caution.. My experience is my own..

Purchased a DDU5 around 6 months ago. It has been excellent. The quality is amazing. Brandon is extremely helpful with any questions about any of the Grid products. The attention to detail that goes into any of their products is outstanding and I am currently waiting for their flagship wheel to be released as I was so impressed with my dash. I believe their partnership with sim lab will lead to them becoming a big player in the high end sim racing equipment very soon

Before I go any where else with this, it must be said that Brandon is one of the nicest, most patient people I have met in this hobby. I preordered the DD5, and understandably, it took some time to get. Every time I reached out, I was met with a real explanation, and patience.

Now, the DDU5 itself. Amazing. The quality, appearance and fit and finish are all sublime. I'd have waited twice as long for this. The sumhub dash GRID provides is also really nice.

Nothing else to say. GRID is a pleasure to deal with, excellent product and excellent customer service. Will buy again as budget allows.

Even though UPS screwed up the delivery, Grid Engineering handled the situation and put me as a customer first. 10/10 service, I would definitely buy from them again.

Grid Engineering's GE DDU5 Dash is a fantastic piece of sim racing hardware. Top notch fit and finish. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with this dashboard. The size is excellent, much larger than the standard 4.3". It works right away with Simhub flawlessly and the leds are an absolute joy. It really helps my driving. And the fact that I can define all details of how I want the leds to function is a blessing. Really happy.

Great communication pre and post sale, amazing products. It’s so nice to have a provider of high end sim gear in Canada. I will definitely be making Grid Engineering my go to spot for top quality sim racing gear.

Amazing dash I am blown away from the realism I saw when I plugged it in, great product, great communication and very easy setup as they have a YouTube video showing exactly how to do everything, thanks guys I am very happy, great way to spend your stimulus check :).

Unbelievable product and hands down, one of the best transactions I have had. I ordered this dash on short notice and I had it in my hands within 4 days! Service after the sale has been transparent and simple. Grid even has a Discord setup and is always updating LED profiles and dash displays.

Pre-sales communication was prompt and answered my questions. Delivery was as promised and after-sale support has been great. Finally, the screen and mounting for my direct drive wheel are high quality. Highly recommended!
