Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate

No TrustPilot review? Let's change that shall we, and expose how awful this poor excuse of an estate agents is.

Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate company. We booked time off work and purchased train tickets to view a property in Manchester travelling from London. When we had a viewing confirmation via the telephone, they did not send an email or text to say it has been confirmed.

When the listing was unpublished from Rightmove and Zoopla, I was concerned, so I called Griffin Estates to ask if my viewing was still booked, so they reassured me that it was.

I was also unable to show my partner the property, so I called and emailed to ask if they could send the photos, so I could at least show her the photos. They said, "well, if you're seeing the property anyway, we don't need to send you them, right?", which was a very inconsiderate and indifferent response. We have busy lives and finding a place where you could live and call your home is one of the most stressful things, as anybody could imagine. The very least they could do was email the photos.

Fast forward to the day of the viewing, I received a phone call from Dave at 11:30am to confirm the viewing, except he called me by a different name (he was supposed to call someone else). I let him know my name and he responded, "oh, that's right, we have you booked at 1pm. I will see you there". We arrived in Manchester Piccadilly via train and made arrangements to travel to Patricroft. We arrived at 12:45 for a 1pm viewing only to be made aware via text 15 minutes before that someone else had placed a deposit for the flat.

Absolutely inconsiderate. They are obviously unorganised, and do not have efficient business systems in place to even create viewing confirmations. Unprofessional, giving no chance to give existing viewers time and cancelling viewings last minute.

Ridiculous. Property owners, and tenants, stay clear.
