My partner and I were put in touch with Sarah for our new home purchase with Bellway Homes as one of their reccomended solicitors.
Throughout the whole purchase both were extremely efficient in meeting the deadlines for the new build property, and were very helpful when I had any questions regarding the process. (which I had many!)
Due to the office being located in Barry I was able to take my paperwork into the office that they needed instead of relying on post, and the staff I encountered there were always extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service and just a shame it took me over a year to purchase my property due to issues with the seller and my mortgage offer expiring! Both Lucy Choat and Kieran Wilson were extremely helpful throughout the entire process but Kieran even more so as we pushed toward completion, helping me to make the right calls and explaining all options and the entire process clearly. I recently bought a property through Griffiths Ings and didn’t experience any problems at all. The girls are very friendly and professional, especially Gemma and Geraldine. I spoke to the girls face to face and over the phone and each time they were fantastic in helping move the process along as quickly as possible with a professional and friendly approach. We used Griffiths Ing for the sale of one property and the purchase of another. It wasn’t a straight forward transaction because we pulled out of one purchase following the survey, and had to move in with friends while the second purchase went through. Julia Hurren did an excellent job as our conveyancer. She drove things forward and kept us fully informed at all times. She was efficient, thorough and very easy to work with and fully understood our situation! I would highly recommend her and her team!

There is nobody else i would use for buying and selling a property than Julia Hurren and Gemma Berrow. Their professionalism and knowledge were limitless. Julia was always available to talk through any concerns or queries and Gemma was fantastic at keeping me updated and pushing my buyer along. Just sold my flat through them, I was probably hard work in terms constantly trying to push to get sorted but they were very helpful especially Rochelle. All went as planned and very impressed with the service and speed. Will use again no doubt.

I dealt with Zahrah Aullybocus during my house sale. Would definitely recommend her. She was extremely efficient, worked absurd hours - responded to emails at 11pm. She calmly dealt with my over-chasing and stupid questions in an always professional manner. Kept me up to date on everything, had a well laid out guidelines and helping steps for every stage of the process. She made it into a fairly quick and painless process. I'll use her services again if i sell a house again.

Absolutely terrible service from these solicitors. I went with a recommendation from my mortgage advisor as a first time buyer. No chain from either party and the sale still took 17 weeks due to constant excuses that transpired to never actually be real issues! Still 3 months after completing they haven’t registered my ownership with the land registry. Constantly using excuses throughout the whole process unaware that I was in contact with the buyers and therefore aware of what had been completed from their side. I even had them call me on the day of exchange to tell me that we couldn’t exchange because I owed them £1.00, when queried they told me it was their fault as they had missed it off the completion statement that I had already paid (over the phone talking through the amount) but they wouldn’t proceed until I transferred the £1.00!
I am now communicating with the ombudsman to see where I stand with the process of them not registering the ownership and my mortgage provider having to contact to me to tell me they can’t get hold of the solicitors!
Don’t touch these lot with a barge pole - I wish I had checked the reviews before agreeing to use them. A lesson learnt.

Julia and Gemma acted for us when we bought our house in August, they communicated very well, any hold ups were from the sellers not being ready when they said. I was insistent about certain aspects of the buying process, which they upheld but checked with me each step of the way.
I would definitely ask for their help in the future and recommend them.

Julia and Gemma have been great. I was a first time buyer and had no clue as to what I needed to do. Julia made everything very clear and was able to explain everything. I felt very comfortable and confident that everything was under control at all times. I did have an unfortunate experience of the first property falling through, but this was a blessing in disguise and if it had not been for Julia on my side I would have been stuck with a very undesirable property. The sale of my property took its time but this is due to Julia ensuring all was correct before exchange to ensure there would be no issues like the previous property or in any future for resale. Julia and Gemma were very prompt at returning any calls and contactable at all stages, I will definitely be contacting Julia and Gemma again for any future properties. Thank you both.
