I joined last night and won £5000

They needed documents sending over before releasing the funds

I sent driving licence and bank statement straight away, they sent me the funds with PayPal and was in my account by 10am this morning

After reading the bad reviews I was concerned they may be awkward as possible getting the money to me but I am absolutely delighted with the speed I have received the winnings

Ignore the bad reviews they must be doing something wrong,

My story with them is that I've deposited about 7000£ and managed to win them back and 3000£ on top so asked withdrawal of 10 000 .
It's been a month now , after multiple requests to prove my income , send statements, send my bussines statements once I've done it all - live chat blocked me and no response on emails either . I'm going to contact my solicitor to start claim and report my bank fraud with them . Please avoid those 2 casinos as they are scaming people !!!

I opened the account today, both website and app kept crushing, free spins were credited but the game wouldn't work. Got the bonus but noticed the wagering requirements only went down by £2 for every £10 spent... When I complained about it, they adjusted it but found that when I had met their requirement everything that I had won disappeared leaving with just the £30 I had put in, instead of £100+.. more than £70 just disappeared... tried to withdraw 6 times and a message came up saying withdrawal was not possible.. Will never go back to it..

Im not sure why I have seen so many 1 start reviews. Last night I won £1400 (10th September 2021) and just been payed less than 24hrs. I recommend uploading documents before you play and paying with paypal as this will speed up the process. Also the live chat is very informative and helpful. My experience confirms this is not a scam site
