Artur installed and commissioned the system.
He failed to provide the GivEnergy account details (i didn't even know there was such a thing until everything went wrong and i needed them)
When the Inverter exploded, 30 months into a 10 year warranty, GivEnergy wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't the installer and didn't have the account details.
Contacted Artur he's said, he would get the details from the office and ring back.
24 hours later no call back, left four more messages over the following two days, still no call back.
Tried again today and my number seems to now be blocked.

Do not touch with someone else's bargepole let alone your own.

The team Griff sent to install our solar panels and electrical equipment were very professional in their approach to the work and pleasant to deal with also the staff at their offices very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone considering a solar panel installation.

I spoke to Magda the Account Manager at Griff Services regarding a problem with my MCS
certificate.She investigated and solved my problem and issued me with an updated certificate on the same day.Fantastic customer service and highly professional,

Had issue with leaks between Solar Panels and was given Griff to contact by EON. I e-mailed and after a call from them on the Monday, scaffold went up Wednesday and repair completed Friday, would have been done on the Thursday but it rained! A fantastic Team response and each step of survey, scaffold and final repair was explained to us so we knew what was happening. All employees coordinated to get the job completed. Names I recall and would thank are Magda, Michael, and Sam and his team.

Griff Services installed my solar panels for E.on. It's been 2 years and this is the SECOND time that rainwater has got into the conduit they installed and has broken the system. The first time they fixed it for me. This time, I'm having to pay another installer £420 to fix their shoddy installation. E.on won't help either, but that's for another review. They're saying it looks like something has hit it and damaged it - it has not. Simply a poor installation.

Brilliant service received from the start. Nothing was too much bother and the whole team were friendly, polite and efficient. Michael is very knowledgable and advised us on what would be best.
We are really happy with the solar system that has been installed and would highly recommend this company to others.

I used Griff to install solar panels and battery storage at the property. At first I dealt with Kayleb who was very quick and efficient in answering my queries and providing the quote. I was passed to Magda to arrange the installation who was extremely helpful.
The lads who came to complete the install were brilliant... they were very helpful, explained every step and were very respectful, leaving the place nice and tidy.
The whole process didn't take too long and in fact was installed ahead of schedule considering the grid needed to approve the application before Griff could start the work.
Would definitely recommend!

I would just like to mention how satisfied I am with my experience with Griff.
I had solar installed last year, roofing team were exceptional. Slight re-design but explained everything and couldn't have been happier.
Last week I had a battery installed and once again the install team were second to none. Quite daunting to get my head around but the lads were professional and simplified everything for me.
Finally, great communication from the office (Magda) during the whole process and will be returning for a car charger in the none to distant future.

My experience of Griff services has been such a positive one. From the day i got in touch with them one could sense this was a company who prided themselves on quality service and professionalism.
I cant say enough about the quality of product (solar panels/battery etc) which were installed by a lovely team of guys who knew their stuff and were very obliging and friendly as well.

I have to say a big thank you to Magda who has handles all my questions (paperwork) promptly and it seems nothing is a problem for her and the team.

It was a step in the dark choosing Griff and if anyone is thinking about installing solar panels, then i would really recommend them (and this coming from a 'doubting Thomas' about being 'green'

I employed Griff services to install my solar/battery system. The battery system has yet to be installed owing to delivery issues but my experiences so far have all been very good. The team have been very professional and the install has been handled with expertise.
I will no doubt increase the rating to 5 star when the battery is finally installed

Brilliant installation and fantastic service levels. From the moment I spoke to and met Michael, I was sold. He wasn’t interested in selling me the Solar and Battery products, but he was interested in me and what needs I had, and what he recommends to help. This was totally different to all the other quotes I have received. I was already set on another company, and this interaction with Michael changed this.
Raf and Reece, the electricians are polite, kind and are great to be in your home, and as being an interest customer, they always answered my questions and explained how/why they was doing certain things. The roofers also played their part.
I am already recommending to friends and family, I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants Solar and Battery storage.

The Griff team have been very thorough, polite, considerate, clean and efficient. They designed a system to fit our particular requirements, which were quite exacting! The installation had to be deferred because of Lockdown. Then items were hard to source and had to be quarantined before coming on site. We wanted the battery and all the monitoring equipment out of the way, up in the garage loft and this must have been quite difficult for the team to manage but they were very obliging and cheerful about this challenge. There was a problem with compatibility between having the immersion heater and exporting electricity to the grid, but this was a problem about the communications from Social Energy which the Griff team sorted out. That change of plan must have been so frustrating for them after all the work and consideration they had put in to sort this for us. They helped me get connected up to Social Energy with an app and explained how the whole system worked in non-technical terms. Though they have gone now I feel I could contact them at any time if I had a problem, or was unsure about something. I would like to thank the whole team and wish them well in the future!

Fantastic service. The whole team are amazingly helpful and reliable . They arrive when they say they will and keep you informed during their journey. Their work is efficient and excellent .they explained the system with great patience and I would highly recommend them

Switching failed inverter for a new and up-to date one (Solis)

The Electrical engineer and his assistant arrived when expected and carried out the work swiftly and efficiently. They were very pleasant to have on site
