Had a issue with the oven, the lower resistance stopped to work. I tried to contact them multiple time, via both email and phone, never got an answer.

Received a damaged product
Received a damaged product. First response was "they are not wrapped up fancy". Second response: "you can return the product". No offer to exchange the damaged product free of charge. Would not recommend to buy here.

Forstår ikke helt problemet. Man kan altid få byttet eller pengene retur , og hvis en vare er i stykker skal man naturligvis ikke betale for den og får pengene retur eller en anden vare.
