Replacement order

I receive a regular subscription from Grind however this time the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail open and the contents missing, after contacting grind I
Received a lovely reply from Antonio who apologised and had sent out a replacement which I have received. Great service and Great coffee.

not strong enough

i ordered beans not powder so i emailed and they cancelled my order really fast allowing me to reorder powder, unfortunately the house blend just isn't strong enough for what we like.
service was fast and efficient but ill probably not order again
same goes for the instant

First order - delicious flavour!

This is our first order with Grind. Our usual go-to companies have discontinued some of their flavoured pods. Grind offers a good variety of different flavours so we thought we'd give them a go! The order arrived today and we have already tried 3 of the flavours; coconut, Irish cream and pumpkin spice. They are absolutely delicious and we can't wait to try the others!

The only drawbacks are;

We have to put the pods through our Nespresso machine twice to get a decent amount of coffee through. It doesn't seem to pierce the pod properly on the first go.

It wasn't easy to place the order on the website. Ideally, i wanted to place an order for 1 pack of the flavours we wanted to try. I don't think this is an option? It took me a while to find the flavoured coffee bundle so bought this despite not particularly liking all the flavours.

Overall though, we have been very happy with the quality of flavour and look forward to trying the others. We will be placing another order shortly for our favourite flavours!

Sorry to hear about the issue with the pods in your Nespresso machine. Our pods are compatible with most Nespresso Original machines, but if you’re finding you need to run them through twice, it may help to give the pod a gentle shake before using it.

You can buy a single 10 pod box on our “Shop All” page, it’s just towards the bottom. Sorry it was hard to find but we really appreciate your feedback.

I LOVE Grind

I LOVE Grind, they roast great coffee and make it so well in their cafes too! I always get their editions OR light roast beans for that subtle fruity goodness!

Recently when I had a problem with a delivery their team fixed it with no issues, no delays (not their fault either) when it looked like someone at Royal Mail had eaten the box and it had been delivered in a Royal Mail "sorry we broke it" bag.. so yeah, very happy with coffee and customer service too!

Grind Coffee Machine - poor service

Having used a Grind coffee machine many times at a friends house I decided the machine was right for me. Importantly it is narrow fitting as I have limited workspace, the stainless steel looks sleek and sophisticated and it makes a great Starbucks coffee. I ordered it in February 26, knowing it would not be delivered until April. I contacted Grind beginning of April asking for an update, they replied it would be the end of April. I chased again at the end of April, they replied it would be mid May. I received the machine at the end of May when I was away for a couple of weeks. When I finally opened the package and set up the machine I thought wow! However at the bottom of the packaging was a silver screw - on checking the machine it came from the front panel. It doesn’t screw in so I’ve just placed it there loosely because tbh i guess I’m prepared to live with it rather than waiting months for a replacement. The latest design is not quite as sturdy as the old one and in my opinion definitely needs quality checking before despatched to customers. As for Grind coffee…. I prefer Starbucks!

Perfect fit

I ordered 100 pods plus a free tin.
The price was really reasonable and the items arrived quickly.
The pods fit my Nespresso machine perfectly and the coffee tastes lovely.
