Destroyed after first use

Dont buy from this seller. Already after first use at the gym, the gripad got destroyed. I contacted the company and they asked me first to send picture and then after they want me to send the product back.
The shipping cost is more expensive than the products value. Why ask for images then after ask for the product ?

A least i can tell you that the product is in a really bad quality.

Reply from Gripad

Customer informed us of a defective product. We asked for a picture.

We received a picture of a left hand Gripad with a small tear. We offered to send a replacement left Gripad.

Customer then claimed both Gripads were torn and wanted a new pair. We asked customer to return the pair of Gripad to us and we would send a replacement pair.
This would have cost the customer approximately 25 Danish Krona, roughly 2.80 GBP, which we would have been happy to reimburse.

Customer refuses to return defective product to us. We find this strange, returning a defective item in exchange for a replacement item is usually standard practice.
