I ordered a pair of Jeans on Jan 2 2025 never received them I tried calling no luck I tried tracking the package no luck as well...I have emailed them several times no response this company is very un professional beware don't buy......this business is a SCAM!!!!!

I recently started ordering from GRITTYSOUL.com again & for the past 5 orders I have had NO ISSUES!!!! They are way better now so please give them another chance!

I have been waiting for an expedited order since December. I forgot i had the same problem 2 years ago. We are in the same city and they have still not shipped one pair of jeans. I will be escalating a refund.

RUNNNNN don't walk from THIS company!!!! This company is a scam and the worst type of scam at that!! They try to string u along making you think you're getting your purchased items when they have no intentions on sending you anything and keeping your money. They use the same m.o. for nearly every review. I purchased several items on Dec. 5th. They only sent one shirt, which was the cheapest item I purchased and kept the rest of my money. There was very limited communication and a standard lie as to why shipment has been delayed. Each time they say the remainder of my order will be shipped out tomorrow and obviously it's a scam at this point. This place needs to be flagged as a scam. You can expect this to happen to you if you purchase from this site and company!

Customer service was the worst,no communication what so ever.I will never consider buying from here again.

I am.still waiting on my order I received an email stating their company was hacked reason for delay. I was made a false promise that my order will b filled and it has been 1 my now. No respond to email and previous conversations was asked to remove my remarks on this site. But I noticed they keep posting new items but avoiding the ability to fill orders. This is not good customer service .their items are hot but they are horrible and this is my last attempt asking for my order. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable..the money I spent with this company and the treatment I rather shope else where. Trust me shope else where they don't care about u or value u as a customer.

I have a gift card of $45.21 and have tried placing order several times and it won’t accept the gift card, I have emailed them over 5 times with no response back, ordered from them in the past with no problem and always received my clothes within a week now I can’t even reach them no phone# to call, I don’t advise ordering anything from this company.

Never again!!’ No order no money back or nothing. I’ll stick with the stores I been dealing with. Been 5 months haven’t got anything

Buyer beware: I have ordered from this company before it’s was a while ago. I received the two T-shirts. I just recently ordered a pair of pants on 9/14/2024. The money came out of my account, but the pants never came. On Oct 4 2024, I received an email apologizing and expressing that I would receive my order, but their account was hacked and they’re just getting possession of it again . But the pants still did not come no email came telling me it was shipped and now they won’t respond to any emails and I’ve sent plenty to the form it may come across as harassment, please save yourself the hassle and trouble and disappointment do not order from this company. This is a bad black business …trash. And one star is too many stars for Gritty Soul

Don’t order from here you’ll never get it! Luckily they got sick of me posting comments under their IG page when they had their comments turned on and refunded me my money back. This place couldn’t offer their clothes to me for free.

I have ordered several times from Gritty Soul and have been completely satisfied. Quality Clothing and fast shipping.

I ordered 2 items, one on August 17th and the other on Sept.3rd. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I reached out and was told it would be shipped out on Set.24th but still no shipment confirmation.
Now the website is down due to a new launch but supposedly you can still contact them which I did 5 days ago and still haven't received a reply back. I'm so out done with them. I ordered those items for special occasions and had to find alternatives.

I ordered my 2 piece outfit August 8, no tracking no package. . They finally answered my email last week stating I’ll get a tracking by Friday followed but I’ll get the tracking by Tuesday in the same email. Well it’s Tuesday and I’m waiting. They must order from china and sale on their sight. I suggest the remove the items when they sale out. This is ridiculous. Buyer beware. I’ve had a few success stories but this is my 3rd time with this issue.

I am still waiting on 3 items from September 2023, I really like the clothes from this site but taking people money and not sending them what they paid for is not a good business practice. I have not received a response to my inquiry about my missing items.

I have use this company over the last three years. Sometimes things would occur and cause a late arrival or they overlap orders. That's fine things happen. However when it becomes a regular and noone answer your many text ( only way of communicating.)
I had over 5000 reward points. I tried to purchase and found out the one order (45 or 50.00) I changed my mind and said I would pay and save my points. That has been over 6 months and still don't have them.
I have received partial orders with no reason when, why or anything.
She isn't registered with the BBB.
I have copies of every order,refund,credit I have received from her.
I'm sure what ever she had going could have been handle differently with your clients. I would like to hear from someone about all the money, reward points,missing items I don't have.
Ladies this isn't a small amount of money, I have used and didn't get a complete order for or an explanation for.

Good morning, I am so upset. I have sent you o less than 5 COMMUTATION Sasking for a STATUS update on orders that I have not receiv5ed since septem4ber?? I use to shop with you all the time but you DON'T even respond
..I have no less than 4 orders pending UNFULFILLED from SEPTEMBER to November.

I will not take REFUND I wantwhati orders(I spent 10z of dollars that has never been fulfilled. If you can not be. Bothered to resp4ond x within the next 58 hours I will report your company y to the bbb..

I don't know what happened to your company but I have ordered from u for years and I have never had thos happen. I am completely let down y your company's disregard for orders like a sweater and coat that y the time u get uf u e er get them it will be spring. Again please respond and don't offer .e credit. I want the 4 items I ordered. I will be PUTTING IN A BBB COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

I wish we could give negative stars. If you just want to throw money away then this is the company for you. I sent back some items that didn't fit, next thing I know the website is shut down. After commenting on their Facebook page and being lied to and told I'dbe contacted within 24 hours, along with several other customers that hadn't received their orders at all, the site was up partially with an email link. They lied and said it was the distributor, but after several email attempts, I still have yet to get a response. The site is back up, no doubt to scam a few more people out of money for orders they'll never see. After having been a customer for about 2 years and having spent about $1000 with this company, I'm absolutely disgusted at their lack of consideration to at least reply to emails!

This store is a piece of crap. I ordered a tracksuit from them in September and it is still has not arrived three months later. I have tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund.
