Our fraud detection system marked the order as potentially fraudulent therefore we had no choice but to cancel the order. We have ignored the system in the past which led to bank reverse charges and fines. We have decided as a company, in order to protect ourself to cancel all orders that are marked as high risk fraud. About 1 % of others that go through our system are marked as fraud.

Great product at great price. Swift delivery with items well packaged. Very happy with service overall.
I regularly buy a beard conditioner which is very hard to find elsewhere from Groomnoir (Beardguyz), the other place in the UK where I have found a different beard conditioner, offer a really nice product but is so overpriced.
The beard conditioner from Groomnoir is amazingly priced around £9 and lasts a very long time...I co-wash my beard which is why cost and longevity is really important.
Never had any issues with delivery...just what you want
