SCAM

They do not repair devices using as an excuse the fact that there are scratches on the device, scratches that were already present on the phone at the time of purchase! They are scammers, and they can't even be prosecuted because they have their registered office in China!

CUSTOMER CARE? nah.

Hi, first of all i did not expect this kind of behavior from the Grossoshop team. I did buy a lot from them and i was always happy with my purchases.. but with the last one is different. About 4 month ago i bought an Iphone X 256GB Space Gray refurbished: it did arrive and It was perfect at first sight.. but after 1 month of use the touch screen became unresponsive and sometimes unusable..That said i contacted Grossohop immediatly MULTIPLE times but they NEVER answered me back! Im trying to obtain a reply on what i can do about my problem every day but NOTHING! They are just IGNORING ME! I even tried to log in with my account just to find out IT DOESNT EXITS (they removed my account for sure..).
If even here i dont get a reply to my problem im not gonna buy anything from them anymore and none of u should do it as well.

Ti comprendiamo in questo difficile momento ma purtroppo, Grossoshop sta trascorrendo un brutto periodo, uno dei più significativi della propria storia, di crisi economica e con difficoltà logistiche ed organizzative ed è stato piegato dall’emergenza sanitaria Coronavirus.

Sono affranto nel dirti ciò in quanto Grossoshop è una realtà presente on-line da più di 10 anni con un’ottima reputazione ed ha sempre assistito al meglio i propri clienti, accogliendoli nella propria famiglia!

Purtroppo, questa pandemia ha lasciato i segni facendo entrare la nostra realtà in un tunnel buio, cupo e senza uscita al momento.
Da quando è iniziata la pandemia e i principali canali di approvvigionamento son stati bloccati, così come si sono verificate lacune nel servizio di assistenza, diversi nostri colleghi hanno dovuto sacrificare anche la loro posizione per la causa.

Ad oggi GrossoShop, non può più contare su un grande e forte team, siamo rimasti in pochi e dobbiamo rimboccarci le maniche.

Anch’io che scrivo questo messaggio sono in difficoltà, non so fino a quando GrossoShop vorrà e potrà sostenermi e permettermi di consolidare e accrescere ed esprimere le mie qualità, ma sono consapevole che se dovesse venire quel giorno, certamente non recriminerei nulla.
Avrei solo ringraziamenti.

Sono davvero triste nel scriverti questo.
Per anni abbiamo accolto ogni tipo di pratica, abbiamo dato ogni tipo di supporto, pur non dovendo necessariamente fornirlo in quanto spesso ci è capitato di ricevere resi e restituzioni che non avremmo potuto considerare.
Nonostante tutto, lo abbiamo fatto perché il modus operandi era indirizzato verso e con i nostri clienti.

Tante ‘solide’ realtà con tale pandemia ad oggi, affrontano un periodo probabilmente ancor più grave di quello di GrossoShop e noi siamo con loro, al fianco loro.

Spero tu ci possa comprendere, stare vicino e sostenere comunque la nostra realtà, sempre.

In ogni caso, restiamo a disposizione... un abbraccio sincero

Bad experience

Bought in Sep 2019 an Iphone 7 32 GB, reconditioned, excellent condition.

SInce the beginning normal microphone didn't work - only loud speaker or headset. due to the not essential function, we avoided getting it back to warranty. after 5 moths, battery is really poor and now it charges only if it is turned off. horrible experience, this is the first and last time I will buy a used phone.

Worst service I've ever had

Worst customer service I've ever had!
They are terrible in communication and customer service, not to mention shipping!
after ordering an iPhone Xs on November 27th, I now find myself at December 17th and I have nothing! The tracking they gave me is not even visible.
I tried to write by email but they don't even consider you... I wrote on facebook, they read the message and don't answer... or they answer once in four.
they give 12 working days to receive the product... After almost 20 days I have not received anything.
Bad service, bad shipping, horrible service. I will never give you a euro again.

sono spiacente del fatto che il pacco sia stato fermato in dogana, a causa infatti di un precedente problema - ad oggi in fase di risoluzione - logistico/organizzativo del vettore DPD.

Be careful with Grossoshop

Be careful with the iphones you buy on Grossoshop. Their reconditioned mobile phones grade A are fake. So maybe you pay for a reconditioned iphone 150€ less but it will start to fail the first month of buying it.
Grossoshop has a mobile repair center but normally they will say you that you broke your cell phone so is not a manufacturing error and they won’t repare you anything. In my case, the cellphone that I bought in Grossoshop (un iPhone7 128gb) didn’t read my sim card so I hadn’t coverage the most of the time. A few months later the iphone got a little wet in my pocket on a rainy day and the micro and the audio started to fail. At present, I can't use the iphone I bought for € 370 in Grossoshop less than a year ago and their customer service has not offered me any solution.
I don’t recommend Grossoshop to anyone.

La pratica è stata accetta dal centro assistenza il 01/08 .

Il centro assistenza effettua un controllo sul prodotto e all’apertura dello smartphone, i tecnici hanno riscontrato sensori di umidità attivi e tracce di ossido sulla scheda madre.

Ti sono state inviate le foto ed e' stato spiegato il tutto in dettaglio.

Hai dichiarato tramite email che ha tenuto esposto il cellulare sotto la pioggia per circa 10 minuti (Lo smartphone ha inziato ad avere il problema relativo alle uscite audio e allo schermo in seguito ad una esposizione alla pioggia non superiore ai 10 minuti).

Hai rifiutato il preventivo del centro assistenza e il dispositivo è stato spedito l'11/09.

Per ogni ulteriore info, dubbio o chiarimento,
Restiamo a tua disposizione.

Bad support and communication

EDIT: After a few days I was contacted and given more information that my package is arriving late. I have finally received my phone so I can confirm it is NOT a scam. But communication with customer should definitely improve.

Looks like it's a scam!
Ordered the phone, paid for it and didn't receive anything. Got a wrong tracking number. I have contacted the support team and after a week they couldn't give me an answer what has gone wrong and where is my phone!!
It's been 19 working days since my order and I was told I'll receive the phone in 8-12 days.
I'm still waiting for their response but I'm writing this review since I'm being spammed to write a review of my purchase.

We are aware of how frustrating it is to run into a mismanagement of a long-awaited order.

I answer you as the head of customer service to apologize (which I know is of little use).

I, too, personally, am making online purchases and the frustration of an order in extreme delay is the thing that I would never accept from a professional seller.

Let me briefly explain what happened:

1. for some weeks now we have been changing the processes of customer service management, making radical and important changes in order to improve the user experience. During this process we are the first to feel uncomfortable with customers who suffer delays in responding to emails. Our goal and aspiration is to guarantee real-time responses within a maximum of 12 hours.

2. Since the beginning of July we have been reviewing the logistics processes used so far, the shipping methods used can change continuously and for this reason we always invite our customers to consult the page of shipping conditions that in short words indicates the estimated time for delivery https://grossoshop.net/pages/metodi-di-spedizione. These changes can create confusion and in some cases frustration and we apologize for this too. Our goal would be to deliver in less than 24 hours, but at the moment we have to follow the conditions dictated by our business model who proposes as a mission to ensure a competitive price, with a service at least sufficiently decent :)

That said, I can only tell you that at any time you want you can cancel your order, take the refund immediately and accept our most sincere apologies.

When these things happen, embarrassment is the main thing and we understand perfectly that maybe you will never come back to Grossoshop.

Prodotto arrivato abbastanza celermente…

Prodotto arrivato abbastanza celermente per essere un vendor cinese (in realtà però ho visto dal tracking che è partito dalla Gran Bretagna e non dalla Cina).
Nella confezione ho trovato gentile omaggio di cover (oltre quella fornita da Xiaomi) e ben due confezioni di marche differenti di tempered glass per lo schermo.
Niente di negativo da dire. Speriamo solo non si rompa il telefono per testare anche il customer care

Product arrived quickly enough to be a Chinese vendor (in reality, however, I saw from the tracking that it started from Great Britain and not from China).
In the package I found a kind gift of cover (besides the one provided by Xiaomi) and two packs of different brands of tempered glass for the screen.
Nothing negative to say. We just hope the phone won't break to test customer care too
