I won the jackpot on their slot machine. Manager was called over, turned the machine off, claimed not to have found the game. I couldn’t take the case further for 8 weeks due to that being the policy in the gambling world (basically a legal SCAM). Case went to IBAS who then stated that Grosvenor had lost the said CCTV of that night 🤣🤣🤣
Grosvenor somehow won the case according to IBAS even though I had a photo to prove I hit the jackpot
IBAS need to be shut down and Grosvenor need to be held accountable disgrace of a company

I challenged their response to a slot dispute and now they refuse to communicate with me.

Went to casino restaurant at last minute with my mrs and son
Food was spot on and so tasty
The soup with homemade bread was beyond expectations as it was so good
Then the lamb and oh my it was good
Had Chloe the waitress talking to us and she was a star.explained things on the menu and so friendly.
Told her how we were getting married in afew weeks and how good the food was especially the bread lol
As were leaving she handed over a little gift and it was a box of the bread.
Little things like this just made the night
