Dont buy from this company. False advertising. Refuse to refund me as nobody responds to my requests.

Requested a return after mine was received just after one that my wife also ordered was received. Emails and WhatsApp's gets ignored and the only way you can return it is to request a return via email and then they will send you a return shipping label.

These are all the rage, but will it really do anything? After using it for a month…. this grounding sheet is a MUST HAVE for anyone with sleep issues! It is also a must have if you have pain or inflammation issues…. My son suffers with tinnitus issues and it did wonders for him. My mom has had the worst menopause symptoms, and she is feeling like herself again with this sheet.

Prior to purchasing this product, the quality of sleep I was used to was fair, at best! After the first night of sleeping on the grounding sheet, I awoke feeling well rested, alert, and ache-free. I was skeptical at first so after a week of sleeping on the sheet, I removed it. Much to my displeasure, the quality of my sleep noticeably declined. I felt sluggish and tired the entire next day so, back on my bed it went. I am more than pleased with this product. I highly recommend it!
Ps people complain about shipping, but waiting 2 weeks for this quality product was well worth the wait.

Grounded4Life pretend to be a company situated in Randburg, South Africa. They have no physical address or contact number advertised. Their Website photos are misleading. Instead, I found out after the fact that this merchant utilize untraceable, low-cost economy carriers to keep their own shipping costs at zero, leaving you the consumer, to absorb the unexpected South African Revenue Service (SARS) customs duties and clearance fees upon import. That means extra costs. After ordering the product, I realize that the groundsheets does not come with the necessary custom made electrical cord and that it must be ordered and pay for seperately. Why are these cords not part of the groundsheets, as the sheets can not be utelised without it? One of the reviews posted on Trustpilot , is directly linked to a Grounded4Life staff member. In short, they lured buyers in by localized marketing and competitive pricing, only to find yourself facing unknown lengthy international shipping times, unexpected customs fees, and unbundled components.

This product works as advertised, fits my king size bed perfectly, quality is great. Easily machine washed, great value for the money. The cord that is supplied with product is very long to get it where you need it. It has worked great for my sleep, pain in my back and neck, I would recommend this product to anybody that has back problems. It really does help. Easy to use, I just wish I had a second one, because you cannot put these in the dryer, you have to hang to dry

"To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging." ALSO..."Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items, bundle discount items."
I requested a refund with my unopened/untried item and since the price on website shows a strikethrough, the customer service agent considers it a SALE item and thus not refundable. :(
NB: Not refundable at all. Also the plug does not fit SA outlets (also not disclosed that additional adapter is required, despite pics shown)

This product is not compatible with South African plugs so will not work without an adapter. Make sure you get an adapter!

I’ve had insomnia for years now and woke up in pain and exhausted for years. I tried tons of natural products but this grounding sheet is amazing! I have slept on the grounding sheet for 24 nights, as of last night, and when I tell you it’s the best investment I’ve possibly ever made. I promise you it is!! I am 58 and haven’t slept over 4 hrs a night, and it was sleep at the first part of night. My days were so long, sleepyhead, memory just shot until now. I sleep awesomely now, since night one. I work a job 7:00am till 3:00pm and get up fine after pretty much waking up 1 time a night. Let me tell you, on weekends I can sleep 9,10, and have 12 hrs. Just because it allows me too and 2 trips to the bathroom. I would wake every morning with an ache across my lower back but since day 3 it had diminished!!! I have him a sheet but he was taking the time to see the results of mat so I guess it’s safe to say he’s ready for the sheet. He has never, ever slept good. That will be the story to tell if he sleeps through out the night. My sister’s inflammation throughout her body, which has caused her years of suffering is also WAY better. Sorry so long, but it’s been a life changer for me. Gets yours as soon as your finances allow, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

This company sold us a King size grounded mattress sheet and delivered a single sized one. When we opened the sheet we realised that the sheet came without the button to plug the grounding cable onto. After notifying the team, they took weeks to get back to us just to ask for a photo of the sheet. There is not contact number and after sales service is shocking to say the least.
