Excellent Products. I cannot get over how much the Egyptian gold retinol serum has impacted my skins texture and wrinkles. I'm getting lots of compliments put it that way.

I've unfortunately had 2 sports injuries recently. Sprained ankle and knee trauma. From research I needed something to help speed recovery and purchased the Grounded Shilajit resin. So far so good, I've noticed faster recovery and more energy 😊 I use every morning straight down the hatch as the taste is uniquely umami and strong.

I wannted to get some products for wrinkles (face/neck) and dry skin on my legs. Grounded recommended their Coconut Body Scrub and their Retinol Serum which I received a couple of months back now. I've repurchased the Grapefruit now as the coconuts out of stock. I have had fantastic results from both products, no irritation and my skin is 'glowing' as they put it. I'm a converted customer. Highly recommend Grounded skincare.

I've used Grounded bodys fabulous scrubs for years but recently decided to try some other products and they are excellent.#1 the Glycolic acid serum and #2 The Sleep patches. I had slightly dark patches on my face which have definitely improved and the sleep patches are glorious, my sleep has improved tremendously.

Great Skincare and lovely customer service - Sophie went above and beyond to help resend an order stuck in customs (no fault from the brand itself). The parcel which got stuck eventually arrived also and they let me keep both packages. Will be ordering again.

Egyptian Gold Retinol Serum is Brilliant. One month using so far and my skin feels and looks so much better. I'm 53 with the usual ageing concerns such as wrinkles and this was recommended to me by a friend. Looking forward to seeing results in the next month. Packaged well and shipped fast.

So I saw this on Dragons’ Den this evening and was immediately to the website as I was quite impressed however I placed an order for a couple of items which are amounted to £23 and then went to the checkout to pay and to my shock. There was a £10.50 postage delivery charge which was absolutely disgraceful. No option to reduce and there’s no way that it cost this delivered these items. So I cancelled it straight down I then looked at the reviews. I’m quite clearly they’re taking money off people but not delivering even that level of service by delivering. Bearing in mind the dragon that got behind this she should be more than concerned about her reputation and concerns over being involved in a company that quite clearly a ripping customs off they don’t answer the phones they don’t reply to emails they just block customers if they get challenging disgraceful when the product actually looks quite nice. And then when you review the Dragons’ Den performance you understand why this is happening because it’s been run by two people that clearly out of their depth and have no customer service experience or integrity. Stay away from this company. Don’t spend your money because all you have to do is read the reviews and you’ll see people have ordered and not received. Should be a lower against it.

I switched to Grounded Body's grapefruit coffee scrub after seeing it in the Sun newspaper and was blown away my eczema prone skin cleared up and felt smoother than ever. Even after one use, there was a visible improvement and had less scratching which was driving my up the wall. Simple, Easy to use and a Truly brilliant product.
