Look no further for great customer service!

This company is the real deal If you are sifting through the plethora of vendors for Microsoft Office, look no further! I would recommend MyCodes24 to anyone and everyone who is looking for the best in customer service! Very professional, very courteous, and I now have a fully functional MS Office setup on my PC. For the price, the quality of care, I couldn't have asked for a better deal on Groupon!

Sam's club membership

Showed Sam's club membership was good for new or expired membership over 6 months so I got it and it wouldn't work groupon said go to the club and Sam's refused coupon saying they no longer work with groupon. Tried getting refund same day and was on hold for 2 hours and finally gave up, I will never use this again.

Never ever buy anything from them

Never ever buy anything from them, it is a big scam. I bought Bay ticket for aquarium , I drove for 8 hours and they said they did not take the ticket. So I called Groupon and they said they will fix the problem and they never did. Although I contacted many times.

Final sale - no refunds...worst company. No more Groupon for me.

Final sale for an item that you just clicked purchase by mistake and that ticket expires in 3 weeks and the date is in small font. You contact groupon 1 min after that you are not local and cannot use that ticket and they tell you to gift it and it's nearly $100. To whom will we gift it if we are out of town? Plus nobody is rich to gift $100 to just anyone. Shame on you! I will stop using Groupon from now on.

Non existent customer service

Bought a coupon for salon microblading.The vendor did not do a satisfactory service and was not up to standard whatsoever so I asked for a refund .The customer service was from America a bot first then a very slow poor online operator .They do not have an email service so could not upload anything on their platform it just didn't work.If you don't have a problem Groupon may be okay but if you do don't think that Groupon will give you a refund looking at other people's one stars it's impossible

I accidentally purchased the wrong…

I accidentally purchased the wrong thing. I reached out to Groupn 10 minutes after the purchase. They said the window of time had passed. Kiss they ass pretty much. If your reading this please do not buy from Groupon and if you do you better do your research on the purchase and the company your buying from. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY PURCHASE.

I have been a customer of Groupon for…

I have been a customer of Groupon for many years and have been very happy with the service, items and prices.
This time I made a purchase on Groupon. com which I have done so many times before.
I received an email from the company and they don't ship to Canada which has never happened before.
When I asked for a refund I received a different amount back which was $10 less than what a I paid because the company charged me in U.S. dollars and Groupon will not honour that.

Groupon pushing Groupon Bucks and refusing refunds for their own error

I tried to purchase one Groupon for Area 53, but Groupon’s website gave me an internal error during checkout. I retried the purchase because it appeared the first attempt had failed. Instead, Groupon processed two purchases for the same deal, with the second one even at a higher price.

I contacted customer support immediately, explained that I only intended to buy one, and asked them to cancel the duplicate charge and refund it to my original payment method. Groupon refused and kept hiding behind the “final sale” policy, even though this was clearly a duplicate charge caused by their own checkout error. They only offered store credit, which is not an acceptable solution when the merchant is at fault.

Very disappointing customer service and a terrible resolution process. If their system makes a mistake, customers should not be forced to accept account credit instead of getting their money back.

Listing said 3 days to cancel but was refused a refund

Listing said 3 days to cancel. I tried to cancel 1 hour after and they wouldn't refund me. My hotel room was WAY cheaper on their website than through Groupon. Rooms were limited, so I booked because it said I had 3 days to cancel. When I checked the hotel website, the exact room was much cheaper. Then when I messaged them they told me that it's non refundable which isn't what the page said!!!! Or I never would have booked!

Terrible service

Terrible service, I have written them several times to change a business a business address and all they keep doing is spamming my in box. Why would I want to pay them money to help a business out when all they can seem to really do is hurt it.

Very bad experience never again !

I'm a old customer for years! Recently purchased massage deal from them for 75 minutes session! I got under 40 minutes actual message in total ! About 36-37 minutes in that time lady left the room 3-4 times because other customer arrived and she preferred to take the other person and just finish me ! Once askes why under 40 minutes if purchased 75 minutes session she act she not understand ! But she confirmed twice on the beginning session is 75 minutes ! Once other customer arrived she got stress she start go out of the room check her phone and quality went down ! I got more stress than relax after that experience! Once contacted Groupon customer service for help they won't take any responsibility and saying we just a market place ! We not take any responsibility ! Totally scam! Avoid this deals ! This deals cost you double or triple at the end !

I've been a long time Groupon customer…

I've been a long time Groupon customer but I've noticed the quality diminish rapidly over the last couple of years. Deals are worked from all sides with both Groupon and the company using customers to their advantage while the customers suffer with no support, only AI customer service if there is a question, issue or concern. The email contact info for support provided by Groupon is not legit and they "kick the can" down the road until you give up trying to get help or support. i finally decided to report them to the BBB and will NEVER purchase from them again. Stay clear to avoid frustration, lies and headaches.

I have not been able to reach the merchant to schedule an appointment. I finally drove to their office. It’s VACANT. Groupon continues to offer this merchant’s new coupon to other unsuspecting customers.

Refused to return purchase price even…

Refused to return purchase price even though the vender failed to respond to numerous requests over the course of 3 weeks. Instead of refund I received a voucher titled Groupon Bucks” which I have no desire to use. Customer service was a joke.
