Unfortunately we had to wait 3-4 weeks for an engineer visit to make the repair. However the engineer was great and fixed the problem quickly once he arrived.

Arrival on schedule date and time. Our solar panels battery was not working. Engineer try his best to solved the problem and find it and solved it. Many thanks.

We were having problems with our battery not charging. This battery was only 6 months old after the previous one had failed. This could not be resolved remotely so the engineer came out within a couple of days and replaced some connectors. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem so the motherboard was replaced on the next visit. However, when it was evident that this was also not the issue, the battery was removed. A replacement battery was installed at the next visit. Let’s hope it lasts longer than the last one!
The engineer was very helpful and kept us fully informed with what was happening. He always tried to find a mutually convenient time to visit. Can’t fault his service.

Owen Gao went above and beyond during the repair visit. Not only did he fix the immediate issue, but he also conducted a full system check to ensure everything was optimized. Such thoroughness is rare these days.

Terrible company with terrible products.

Growatt has again and again proven themselves to be the worst manufacturer when it comes to just about everything that is important.

1. Their products are cheap garbage.
I am not against chinese manufacturers, but Growatt is terrible! There are others like Huawei or Sigenergy which make excellent products with low fail rates and good support.
The few Growatt inverters we have installed, most of them have had issues not related to the installation resulting in having to contact Growatt.

2. The after-sales support.
There is just about no support to speak of, emails need to be sent 4-5 times until you get a reply and phone calls get declined all the time. You're lucky if you get a replacement part.

3. The software.
Their software is cluttered, hard to understand and outright bad. We have had multiple instances where inverters that we have not installed are registered to our company in other countries, how could that happen?
There are 2 different portals with different account logins, even the translations are terrible.

We have not bought a Growatt product in over 1.5 years but their issues still plague the company I work for, not to mention the customers!!!!

I contacted Growatt support when my solar system started misbehaving...effectively not charging as it should have from mains supply. The technicians quickly identified the problem and provided firmware updates. Following the teams instructions I was able to install these via the inverters USB port and all is well now. Excellent, friendly and efficient service!

Quick support and top service minded personal. Good feedback when the update are finished.

The inverter and battery are working well, and the support staff Chen was very supportive when I had questions.

I had a great experience with this company. Not only is their product great, they also deliver great customer service and have very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

My Growatt SPH-10000TL3-BH got instable after a custom integration where it did not accept MODBUS commands and locked up from time to time. Even though I bought the inverter 3 years ago, Growatt Technical Support helped me by remotely upgrading the firmware after which my problems were solved. I would like to specifically thank Yicheng Zang from Growatt Netherlands for helping me. Due to his help I can now control charging and discharging remotely through Homeassistant. Much appreciated!

I upgraded my batteries with an additional 10kw and I could not get it to work. So I called the support, took only 30 sec for a answer and Periklis helped me to get my new batterys to start working. Really good support.

Had issues with the SYN backup box.
* It didn't work off grid
* No LED lights
After mailing with the distributor, the solution was not found. (The distributor did it's best effort though!)
They redirected me to Ayoub Aznadi, whom helped me on a sunday (his day off!) to fix both problems.
He did a remote setting change (which fixed the backup problem), and identified a faulty cable. He helped me do a quick fix and then sent over a correct cable.
Both issues were quickly fixed when I got direct contact with Growatt.

I had a problem with the battery - it would go to sleep when the charge was low, which is fine. BUT it wouldn’t wake up again when there was available solar or when I wanted to charge it from the grid. I was having to go outside and switch it on manually - that is NOT fine.

The house and system are just six months old but the issue only became apparent in autumn / winter.

I rang Growatt support and an engineer, Yanni, got in touch by WhatsApp within the hour. He tried a few things over the course of a week but no joy.

So he arranged for Jianye to visit. He changed communication ports, left for the day but still nada. He came back the next day and changed the Battery Management System and eureka - sorted!

It took about 10 / 11 days of back and forth but it was a huge relief to have a working system and I’m grateful for these guys’ persistence.

I’ve dropped a star because I feel the brand new kit shouldn’t have gone wrong in the first place.

Product is of great quality! Easy to use and right what i needed.
