I’d give 10 stars if I could

I’d give 10 stars if I could. My order was delayed and it was not the fault of grow it depot, but Fohse. Evan personally called me to update me on my order once a week. I’ll be coming here for all my future equipment orders for damn sure, while sending all my fellow growers here as well. Thanks grow it depot, and thanks Evan!!!

Covid related or bad business practice?

I placed an order with the understanding that Covid had created all kinds of delays with orders being processed and shipping times. This was not an issue, My issue was that I received an email with Tracking # that my order was complete and ready to ship. After a week of not receiving my order, I checked the tracking # with the shipper and there was no transit movement @ all. I reached out to Grow depot and was told that the full order could not be completed, that this was caught in shipping dept and it was just a matter of day or so before new stock was in and the completed order would ship immediately. After waiting 3 or 4 days, I just cancelled the order & ordered through amazon. I wouldn't be as angry as I was if I didnt receive email with tracking # and told it was going to ship! Not sure if this was strictly covid related or just bad luck. Not a Happy Camper either way.

I am so sorry for your bad experience James. Unfortunately, Covid has affected many different parts of the logistics pipeline and that includes the uncertainty of receiving goods to our warehouse, carrier pickups are also heavily impacted at this time. We have had to wait 3 or 4 days from a scheduled pickup with a carrier. In your case, it was a combination of many factors that delayed the shipment and I realize that this is no excuse as we should have been upfront in communication. For that I apologize, and I appreciate your understanding.

Order taking too long

I’m annoyed they didn’t specify my order would take longer than usual. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered anything

We were supposed to receive our lights…
