I've unlocked my Samsung Galaxy S4 with gsmliberty.net it was locked in claro argentina, now i can use it with any sim card.
i've ordered the code and just in minutes they hace sent it to me.
i've followed their instructions (prety easy too) and worked great.

I wanted to unlock an Alcatel OT-985 phone. They stated 1-5 minutes for the unlock code to arrive. I've waited for 2 days and didn't received my code. Chat operators repeating the same thing: Be patient! I've asked for a refund and they are not answering at all.

Started to follow instructions with video going, entered unlock code but did not work, so i followed 2nd set of instruction mck to unlock then used the unlock code again and IT WORKED!.
I'd like to thank Gsmliberty now for the clear instructions, easy to follow.

Hello, GoodMorning i got my confirmation email early this morning for my iphone 4s after 6 days of waiting and i followed the instruction giving to me and it works !!! it was lock to AT&T and now i can use it here in the Caribbean with a different carrier thank you so much gsm liberty !!!

This service is very fast and easy to use. I went to their website for instructions on how to unlock and it took me no more than a minute to unlock my phone. This is the second phone I've unlocked with them, for my previouse one I had some trouble but the customer service was amazing and very helpful. I would highly reccomend this site.

Only frustration, it took 45 hours to deliver the code against what they said in the website 7-10 minutes, the support staff were helpless, the only answer is 'be patient', 'problem escalated' 'wait for the email' 'I am junior, can't do much, have to wait for the senior staff to do it'. I will NEVER use nor recommend this company to others.

Delivery was prompt, code worked from the first time, all was perfect!

Website was easy enough to use. Put in my required info and the site gave me an estimated time of arrival which was about 6-20 hours. This turned out to be correct, mine was 8 hours.
One thing the customer has to understand though is that there is another search that may be needed, a Tier-2. This service costs a few more dollars added on to the original order. I received a notification by email stating that search in their database yielded no results. This email mentioned there is a service they provide that is a few extra dollars more to do what they call a Tier-2 search which apparently is more thorough as they did find my code. This email did provide me an option for a refund as well.
This search was 6 hours. I received my code by email, they provided all the codes I needed including the unfreeze code. I put in the code as per the simple instructions and it worked first try.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone even if they are trying to unlock a very recent model phone such as the galaxy s5, which I unlocked. Just be aware that you may have to pay a few extra dollars more for their Tier-2 service if the first standard search did not find the code.
In summary: A+ service, quick response times, highly recommended.

I know if you google them you get a lot of fraud warnings etc. I didn't google them until after my purchase and then got scared lol. as I just put in the order. But placed my order for unlocking a galaxy I9000 S at 8pm had the code the next morning at about 9am and it worked first try to network unlock. Happy me cause I have not had a phone for 2 weeks! Make sure you read directions! It said to make sure wifi and airplane mode are off first. I am a real customer btw and it worked and I am happy! :) No fraud issues for me. I will recommend to friends if they need this type of service.
