I bought a Techsuit Carbon Shield Pro (Black) case for my new OnePlus 15. It arrived on time as expected. Even though it's just a phone case, it was very well packed, sturdy enough that it won't get damaged even if someone presses on the package. The packaging was excellent. The case itself is very strong, exactly what I was looking for! I'm really happy with the purchase!

This company is in Romania, which is not indicated on their website. It looks like a Dutch company. I ordered a phone case for my Redmi Note 15: it didn't fit properly. I informed GSMnet and they just said that I could have ordered the wrong case. Returning was denied.

I Ordered pair of ceramic scissors which came damaged.
After sending a mail about it and asking for procedure I was refunded but only the item and not the shipping cost.
After pointing this out they replied that I requested refund and this is what they did.
I asked what procedure was and they decided to refund me, I would much rather get replacement then refund.
I don't have to pay for shipping of a damaged item!!
After writing last time to them with this argument I did not get reaction anymore!
