A simple purchase for some laundry products turned into an excuse to make personal insinuations and insult me.
I can only speculate as to why - is that standard for this company towards customers?
Or is it a judgement call based on profiling my personal details provided for delivery?
What did I do? I placed an order for vanish soap and paid.
Apparently that gives the green light to treat me width a discourtesy and memorialised in email - total lack of respect.
So I am forced to ask myself why - when I have done nothing wrong - does a representative of GTS shop who acted as a customer service rep - believes they’re entitled to treat me like I’m worthy of suspicion and discourtesy.
As I did nothing wrong - I can only base it on the what GTS had to hand- my personal details. Which give my gender prefix - which is Mx , GTS shop had my name and also my address . That’s it.
So on that information ONLY , GTS customer service make a value judgement of myself and decided I’m entitled to discourtesy and disrespect.
I know what that adds up to in MY judgement and there is no business who does that - which gets my money.
I advised them they can have the order back & if GTS shop had been up front and stated buying anything from them came with free insults - I wouldn’t have placed the order.
