I would recommend these people. I got an unlock code for £1.99 but needed a couple of email exchanges before I could unlock my phone as I needed to do a Cold Reset before I could get into the phone to unlock. The instructions originally sent said nothing about this first stage.

With some healthy scepticism, I paid Guaranteedunlock.com for a network unlock PIN for my phone. But I was really impressed with the service I received, which was prompt and helpful. I had to send them a photo of the phone screen showing the unlock code prompt, but that was the only extra thing I had to do.
