Excellent service and support, products fitted are very professional and fantastic quality

Our initial enquiry received a response with a few minutes and we received a visit later the same day to discuss our needs. The cameras were installed 4 days later with the minimum of disruption. The system was linked to a mobile phone with no difficulty, but afterwards we, not being very technologically minded, did have difficulty trying to link in the PC. However, Steve was always available on the end of a phone with help and advice, so everything was sorted satisfactory in the end. Very good images on the cameras. Very happy with the experience.

An absolutely fantastic service. Steve replied to my enquiry within minutes. He then came to cost and advise on the types of cameras that I needed. I now have amazing cameras that were fitted within just a few days and now feel so much more relaxed. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

The security of my home is extremely important to me for peace of mind, especially as my husband travels a lot. Guardcentre were recommended to me as knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and trustworthy. They didn’t let me down. From the first meeting I felt like I was in safe hands. There are some tricky areas in my home and with the addition of a cat who has previously caused problems with the motion sensor, I was pleased that they didn’t consider leaving until everything was tested and working perfectly. Very satisfied.

Guard Center recently installed a CCTV security system to our premises, i found the director of the company to be highly knowledgeable of the correct systems needed for our premises.

From start to finish all work was carried out to a very high standard and professionally installed, i would highly recommend Guard Center for any future installations.

From Start to finish they were the most helpful company to deal with by far, clean and tidy throughout the whole job. Took shoes off when entering the house although they didn’t need to. Had a survey completed to see what would be best for me and my needs and weren’t pressured or talked into anything we didn’t need or want. Top company, very knowledgeable

From start to finish this company has been appalling! They subcontracted the job out at first until we stopped the subcontractor from working on our premises so they couldn't cause any more damage. Damage that was caused was to my £10,000 kitchen units also to the structure to my Barn conversion. The cameras were used were not the correct ones that were agreed to be used. The director of the company has come to my premises himself to put things right but two of the cameras were found to be damaged but still were fitted. The director himself was appalled by the workmanship, but failed to put thing right and left me now with a system that is not working correctly and unfinished. The confidence in this company has been lost!! I would look into this company before having them to do any work as it has been a nightmare experience from the start.
