From my first contact with GardX and their representative Alan in particular it was a seamless experience. Alan arrived as arranged and was extremely professional and informative in how to use their products going forward. He gave me a full briefing, which had been lacking from BMW, in each individual product and its maintenance. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a brilliant ambassador for the Company he was so enthusiastic about. Thanks once again.

Having finally caught up with the director of this business, him having cut all communications with me from his old business, AP Alarms & CCTV Ltd, I would say I need my money back following a very poor customer and product experience. I'm left with a non-functioning CCTV system, I'm seriously out of pocket financially and I need some reasurance that Mr Penketh is not using his remote live feed access to my system. I would advise against getting involved with Guardix if it's anything like AP Alarms & CCTV Ltd. I certainly wish I had not.
