Delays, then promises, no follow up!!
Ordering was smooth, shipment would soon be on the way. When a couple of days had passed I wrote to them and customer service informed about a delay in their storage, but they would see to it. Then followed several days of promises which weren't kept and finally I had to cancel.....don't use this unserious company!!! Allan

The answer from Gucca (11th August) was an apology for 'delays in their warehouse' but no mention of or apology for their customer service stalling, telling me that they would see to it and no follow-up.....and they can't even get my first name right!!!
Don't use this company, so many other (serious) options out there.....
