Best Products and services

I have nothing but good to say. Their styles are insane, but in a good way. They go out of their way to welcome me. I have a Gucci rep. She is the ideal stylist to work with me. She even takes my calls when she is off. That is service. She is based out of NYC.

Gucci Ring

My husband bought me a Gucci ring. The stone fell out after only wearing the ring on a few occasions for dinner/special occasions. The ring is under guarantee and boxed and clearly well cared for and hardly worn. To my shock, Gucci wished to charge a large sum of money for the repair and I the customer had no guarantee that another stone would not fall off the ring! I had the ring returned, still under guarantee with no repair. How could anyone recommend this service. I am 'so surprised' that 'Gucci' did not in fact 'replace' the whole ring and at very least, repair the ring. A loyal customer has been lost as my daughter and I have a few items of Gucci jewellery but we will not buy this brand again. Terrible customer service.

Gucci customer service is horrible

Gucci customer service is horrible. I really expect better from a high end fashion company. But clearly they rely on the power of their brand only and really don’t care about their customers. Their return process is awful and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they say they’ll leave a message for someone to call me back and then they never do. I literally just called and asked the woman how does she know that a supervisor isn’t available to talk to me now and she said, “They never are.” Gucci, do better.

Had a chance to buy their jacket

Once had a chance to acquire a jacket from this famous brand. Initially was skeptical about it, because I didn't believe that they use only high quality materials.
After I was gifted the jacket, I realized that this brand has obtained its fame as one of the most luxurious brands in the whole world not for no reason.
I will preserve this jacket like the apple of my eyes.

Top-notch service

On 26 October 2023, I bought a bag (Ophidia GG belt bag) at Gucci - London Bond Street Flagship. When I came home and looked closely at the bag, it turned out that there was a knot at the seam which I hadn't noticed at the shop. It was late at night, so I decided to exchange the bag the next day. I went to the shop the next day in the afternoon and showed the defect to the consultant Sheryl (if I’m not mistaken) who had sold me the bag the day before. Without any problem, she brought a couple of bags of the same model and I chose a bag without defects. Of course, this time I was too picky looking at every single seam, so it took around 20 minutes in total for me to examine each bag :) I was surprised by the level of Gucci service! I’ll buy my next bag at Gucci for sure!

This is absolutely the most terrible…

This is absolutely the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. If you order something, they'll sure take your money but do not care if you actually recieved what you paid for. If you call, you get NO help. If fed ex sais you signed for something when you know 100% you didn't, it doesn't matter to Gucci bc Fed ex tells them you did. They will not investigate to see if they actually have your signature, like they're claiming. They do not care at all on what their customer is telling them, to
see that they are actually telling the truth, NOTHING!!! Down to the "Supervisor" "Gerllin" telling you that they have your signature, when you know 100% they cant have that bc you know 100% you did not sign for or receive what you paid for, literally lying!!! Absolutely the worst company to do business with!!! They will hang up on you, talk down to you, and not listen or try to do anything to try and help you. I can only imagine how many individuals call in and dispute something and they do nothing to try and make it right!!! Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible business.

A Disheartening Experience with Gucci: Poor Customer Service and Disputed Exchange

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Gucci, and I feel compelled to share my distressing encounter. I purchased a Gucci scarf as a Christmas gift for my wife, expecting the premium quality associated with the brand. However, upon unwrapping the gift, we discovered that the scarf was damaged.

Hoping for a quick resolution, we contacted Gucci's customer service on Boxing Day. Much to our dismay, they did not address our concerns properly and insisted on pursuing a repair route, contrary to our explicit preference for an exchange.

After expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting a return, we were disheartened to receive an email a week later stating that the scarf had been used and was being returned to us. This accusation is not only false but also insulting, as the scarf was never worn, and we were merely seeking a product in pristine condition.

The lack of understanding and refusal to acknowledge their mistake is unacceptable. In situations where customers invest a significant amount of money, one would expect exceptional customer service. Instead, Gucci's response has been dismissive, implying dishonesty on our part.

It is disconcerting that a brand of Gucci's stature would tarnish its reputation with such a subpar customer service experience. The principle that the customer is always right seems to be lost in this case, leaving us with a damaged product we are forced to keep.

I implore others to reconsider buying from Gucci online and opt for in-store purchases to avoid a similar ordeal. The tremendous cost of their items should be accompanied by impeccable customer service, not baseless accusations and flawed return processes. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I believe others should be aware of the potential pitfalls before making a purchase.

Gucci guilty is my favorite perfume…

Gucci guilty is my favorite perfume line! I have changed a couple of them and each was so unique and magnetizing!
I wish I had a financial opportunity to wear their clothes, too, but I'm striving for it. It's quite fascinating that their perfume is so affordable, while clothes isn't :D Anyway, I endorse this company for further development and new fashion discoveries.

Disappointing Quality and Unacceptable service

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Gucci, expecting the high quality that the brand is known for. However, I was deeply disappointed. The shoes displayed poor craftsmanship, with black coloring noticeably smudging onto the white parts. This issue was clearly not a result of an intentional aging process, as the shoes were new and unused.When I reached out to Gucci for an explanation, their response was unsatisfactory and demonstrated a lack of knowledge and accountability. They claimed that the shoes undergo a 'dedicated aging process' to make each product unique, which is mentioned on their website. However, the condition of the shoes was not a unique feature but a blatant sign of poor quality.This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Gucci's products and their customer service. I feel misled by their online product description and am left with a product that does not meet the standards promised. It's disappointing to see a brand of Gucci's stature showing such disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before purchasing from them.

Poor customer service/ quality of product

Poor customer service, sale advisors and not listening to your and they don’t answer your questions.

I have made few orders from them my self and 2 of them arrived in poor quality.

For the amount of money you pay for the items you would expect high quality but that’s not the case.

Management is discriminatory against medical issues, I wanted to speak directly to the manager and they said that he can call me but when I asked for the manager to email me instead due to health issues they refused and only sales advisor would speak to me.

The worst service, Zara has better service than Gucci, at least their customer service is good and answering your questions.

Also they refused to provide clarification about their terms and conditions which I found outrageous.

Purchase online. Asked for help as my package was left on my front porch by FedEx and Gucci just said no mishandling. Total ripped off they only care about the money. Will never transact with Gucci ever. $2000 cad just went away and I got nothing. What an absolute scam.

So disappointed with what I thought was…

So disappointed with what I thought was a “luxury” brand. Purchased a handbag online and I’ve decided to return it. I do not have a printer so I’ve contacted Gucci who are now posting me a label all the way from Italy! I am housebound and can’t travel to a DHL point. I asked them why there is no return label included and they’ve said it’s to stop paper wastage. Utterly ridiculous. Three days on and no email to say label has been posted but passed to the relevant department, sorry it’s just not good enough. I am now stuck waiting for said label to arrive whilst they have my money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!!!!!!!

Always wonderful service!
Always happy with the impeccable service I receive both in store and online from this company. I’ve never yet after many years of purchasing been disappointed only on one occasion was there a slight issue with clasp on a bag and it was sorted immediately they went above and beyond to assist. Would highly recommend this company for purchases online or in stores.

rubbish customer service

rubbish customer service, bought a pair of earrings for my wife that broke after 1 outing. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other brands to chose from, go with one of those.

After an email saying an expert would be in touch with in 10 days, a month later no contact has been made at all.
