Excellent quality products

Just received my Gucci Re-web trainers and I couldn’t be more happy, everything about the experience was top notch, very fast dispatch great courier service with DHL, beautifully presented and packaged, then the quality of the actual product is second to none, really looking forward to wearing them

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, product recieved in poorly condition. Even refused to return all the money despite it being their fault and told us i had to buy another product or get the money as a giftcard

Amazing service

I went in the shop to buy a scarf but was told that they sold out of the colour I wanted. Maria went above and beyond to help me, for example she called Gucci at the airport and see if they have the scarf. But long story short, she sort it out for me in the end and manage to get me one that I wanted. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and I definitely had an amazing shopping experience in there with her. Very happy customer

Quality products

First of all, I love many of Gucci's products, but their delivery options are unsatisfactory. In my case, I had been waiting a month for my package to arrive, because the supplier, day after day, tried to deliver the package at 1 p.m. which according to them is "by the end of the day"

Despite the long waiting time, the belt is of very high quality, so the product is worth the money.

Just a tip

A tip for my fellow Gucci lovers: since Gucci has a policy not to give a customer the UPS tracking number, they absolutely refuse and only uses their own which is not the same as the UPS number. You can access your UPS tacking number by logging on to UPS and choose to track by reference number, use the number Gucci sent you in your confirmation e-mail and the UPS tracking number will show alongside where the package is.

Bad service

I ordered 20th of february. They said it would arrive 28th. When I got no information about my order, I contacted them, and they said that my order wouldn't deliver on the estimated date. The gift was for my mother, so now I had no gift for her. I said, fine, I'll wait. Then 8th of march it was getting delivered to my house, but since no one was home, I didn't get the package. Now here's the thing; they didn't even tell me where to get my package from, so I had to look at the UPS access points near my place. But they demanded a tracking number, which gucci didn't give me either. So I called gucci twice for a tracking number, but they didn't want to give me the tracking number. Now I have no idea when my package is gonna arrive, plus i'm going on vacation this week, which makes it less likely for me to actually get my package. Extremely bad service. Really disappointed

was given a delivery time of 1-2 business days after ordering a belt for my boyfriends 21st birthday present ordered it monday still waiting a week later and haven't even received shipment confirmation and getting no reply from emails. Absolutely fuming as now i have nothing to show or give him on his birthday. They should not give you false information as it clearly is happening to most people that are ordering from gucci.

Terrible customer service

Got a Gucci necklace for my birthday in July. Second time wearing it, the chain broke completely despite me being extra cautious when wearing and removing it. Emailed Gucci customer service team 3 times; first of which was months ago and have still received no response. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Seriously appalling customer service

Bought a pair of shoes as a gift.

Prompt delivery. So prompt that I write them because I'm worried that I can give the gift at the birthday and still have enough time to return it in case it's not to my girlfriends liking. Gucci never answer this email.

She tries the shoes. She doesn't like them - to tall. We pack them up nicely and return them.

I get an email that just states that the product has been used and they will return it to me. No pictures, no explanation - just that it hasn't been returned in the right condition. When unpacking I didn't do a thorough check to see if it was in good condition. I do regret that today.

I write them and ask for an explanation they just send a link a can check. I ask them to send it to another address. Because they originally send it to a summerhouse. It is now in the summerhouse!

I bought a lot of stuff from gucci during the years. But this was the last time for sure.

BAD customer service

I have shopped quite a lot on their Danish website, but everytime there's something wrong with the delivery method. First time, my items were delivered to my neighbour, whom I do not know at all!

Now I have a problem with delivery again. UPS are at my address around noon on a work day. Now my shoes have been sent back. I contacted UPS, but they need a unique Track&Trace number, which Gucci does not send you (they use their own). It's no way possible to call Gucci - the store in Denmark does not have anything to do with online sales, so you're left with an e-mail address, that takes a few days to answer!

I will never shop at Gucci online again. I take my money elsewhere.
