For man years I've had a? difficult time with sleeping. While living in Barcelona I discovered the sleep gummies. In the past I had tried many differrent sleep gummies, but found them ineffective as I was not sleeping. And I was talking 6 or 7 gummies.
Found this brand in a sporting goods store after we bought a pair of boots. I always buy a new brand of gummie in the hopethat maube this one will help me ger the sleep that is needed and wanted.
Wahooo. This gummie is it. With the addition of lavender and magnesium , iI now fall asleep by taking 3 gummies. Then approx in 45 minutes am rsasy for sleeping.
And this sleep can last from 2 to 5 hours. I sleep deeply.
