they state a 5-7 when purchasing - 8 days in T&Cs
When purchasing Guess state in writing a 5-7 working day delivery time during the order process and also on the order confirmation, then sneakily state 5-8 working days in their T&Cs. Its been 7 days (5 working days) since Guess said it was dispatched and my order is in a black hole. Guess say its despatched, courier say they have not received it, i have no clue when its being delivered. This is not the experience Guess should be providing. Online shopping has moved on a long time ago. 8 working days is unacceptable experience for a luxury brand and 5 working days without providing any kind update on your delivery is just lame.

However the Quality VS Value is not sensible anymore, the quality has definitely become cheaper. I purchased a bag during summer and the colour is actually peeling off.
Service could improve, it’s takes the employees usually very long to get a alternative sizes, I have noticed this on many occasions.
However they do greet and approach you which is nice.This maybe a operation or management problem.

My package never arrived!
The customer service and delivery times are shocking, I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a dress for a wedding which never arrived. The item was meant to delivered in 5-7 days. It has been a month and nothing. I have contacted their customer service team two times and have been told that they would try and track the package and keep me posted which they never did. Absolutely shocking for such a well known brand to provide such terrible service. I will not be ordering from here again and I would recommend the same for anyone else.

The way guess deals with customers like, it doesn't need any customer at all.
Bare in mind normal delivery takes 10 to 15 days like its coming from another planet. If you return something, refunding process is usually takes about a month or even more.
All I explained happen several times to me not once, but I keep backing to this brand again because they have nice things Otherwise the first experience was enough to forget about guess.
Also they never refund next day day delivery, even if they miss the schedule delivery time by FEW DAYS!!!!!!!!!
they are super confident and doesn't mind to lose customers.
My current order is normal delivery and it is already 9 days, havent delivered yet.
New update: I contacted them again today and the agent called Stefanos, told me DONT BUY FROM US IF ARE NOT HAPPY.

I really wanted to buy the Guess bag but after checking the reviews it completely put me off from placing the order. Only one good review out of the many I read.
After chatting with a friend who placed an order and received it I decided to go ahead and take the risk of losing my money I guess.
I placed the order on Monday evening and it arrived Thursday 1.30pm. I was notified all the time and was able to track delivery too. I guess when things go well or expected, people don't feel the need to review their experience hence a lot of bad reviews are stored here.

Very bad experience and I regret it won't recommend it even again to family and friends. Items were not in good condition 1 of them not same as online. Other one came with security tag and when I called requested help they didn't offer to send someone from store. They told me go to nearest store and they didn't even care. I was in a hurry and requested he items for a special event and my plan was totally changed because of all that hassle after all this I was so frustrated to exchange the items and I asked for refund I paid almost 1000 AED. Until today they kept on delaying the process regardless the fact that I have sent my account details. Even spoke again to customer service support useless and they do give wrong information from day one when they told me go and change the items from any branch and that was totally wrong after I double checked. I'm really shocked and until now my issue is nor resolved. And sent compalint and decided to write here after all that frustration I have faced. Totally regret it

All clothing sent wrong size, and then they have the gall to charge $11 for a return label. Try to print the label, and the formatting is so messed up you have to go in yourself to modify the spacing.
