I ordered directly from the official…

I ordered directly from the official GUESS website, expecting a premium experience — at the very least, the signature GUESS gift bag or pouch that usually comes with in-store purchases. Sadly, nothing like that was included.
It’s disappointing, especially since I chose to order from the original website over third-party retailers thinking the presentation and packaging would reflect the brand’s in-store standard. The product is fine, but the lack of thoughtful packaging took away from the experience.

Very very poor quality handbag

Very very disappointed in quality of a Guess handbag. The embellishments, strap, zips and interior are excellent (bag has been rarely used) but the main body of the bag, which I believed to be leather has disintegrated; flaking and splitting throughout.
It is more than 2 years old but is always stored in its Guess dusted bag in a dry wardrobe. Customer care not interested.
They obviously don’t care about customer service or customer loyalty. I have several Guess products but will NEVER buy another.

No gift and no money

I ordered gifts for my wife's birthday, initially 2 items, but as soon as I placed the order, one apparently was not available anymore. Anyway, I could get along with it. The order was made on time to receive everything before the right date.
On Thursday the 27th, after staying home on purpose to receive the delivery, I received a notification about the order delivered. I checked everywhere, as nobody rang my doorbell, and I found nothing. The proof of delivery showed a letterbox that was not mine 100%, and even the tracking map did not match. I went to the tracked building, asked around, and nobody saw anything.

So, I contacted Guess, explained the situation, and they told me that they need to open an enquiry with the delivery company, Evri, one of the worst here in London (as they never even ring the doorbell, and they usually abandon everything in the entrance, even if in my case they did not even reached my building).
I recalled guess on Saturday, and apparently I need to wait until the 6th of March, so after the birthday to get to know something, not even to receive a refund or another shipment.

This is very bad, as it's not my responsibility if they choose the worst and cheapest courier in the market, and as far as I place the order on time, I pay, and I make sure that my address is correct, it's their responsibility to make sure it gets delivered to me.

So, now I get to her birthday with no gift, no money, and no answers.

This does not even look a big brand company. Just shame, I don't think they will see me as a customer again.

Very poor delivery service

Very poor delivery service. Terrible updating system for tracking and paid £16 express delivery which took 4 days from regent street to Greenford. Which resulted in a late birthday gift. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Order Lost and they don't care

The Christmas gift I purchased for my son never arrived - Guess doesn't care and will not refund the items. They want me to repurchase and pay for the items again before they will refund me for the original purchase. I will not purchase from Guess again

Its customer service is terrible . I have ordered a bag and haven’t received it till now , worst customer service, they don’t even care to respond and are terribly rude to their customers . If I had chance I would have give n 0 rating . Not at all recommended

If you are smart enough to read reviews…

If you are smart enough to read reviews before buying from Guess, please do not buy.

You will not get your order. The customer service team knows this so they are unbothered when you reach out.
I wonder if the founders are aware how irresponsible this brand is becoming to its customers.

Worse Customer Service Experience

I just called GUESS UK Customer service and I had the worse experience ever. My order is lost, Evri delivered my order God knows, it was me and my neighbour that were waiting for Evri yesterday and we never received our parcels. I asked Guess customer service to contact Evri and find out where our parcels were delivered and she refused. She gave me no option to sort my problem. It was my first experience with Guess and I lost my money, they refuse to find my parcel or to refund me.

Guess desperately need to change their courier

Has anyone actually ever received an order made through the Guess website? I ordered a handbag in the sale over a month ago without reading the reviews first and never received it. Once the bag got to the Evri depot all tracking stopped. Really disappointing and Guess need to sort out its logistics when it comes to shipping and ensuring the customer receives their item.

Appalling service. Think twice before ordering

Appalling service. Think twice before ordering with Guess. Since placing an order over 4 weeks ago, its just been a one error after another. Customer services provide no help at all; their procedures are outdated and unhelpful, with no regard for their carbon footprint or costs. Much of the issues relate to them using Evri as their courier service. Delivery times are ridiculous, and if your parcel doesn't arrive, Guess are unprepared to re-issue the order or refund. I therefore placed a replacement order (on the advice of Guess) some 2 weeks after the original order. A subsequent 2 weeks have now passed with no indication as to when my order will be received. Hopeless!

Liars

In addition to my last review…
- at least 7 times i asked them to fix the address as it was half my new address and half my old one
- Everytime i spoke to them they assured me that the address was now correct even tho i could see on evri’s tracking it was wrong
- asked for a refund at one point because it hadn’t even left the warehouse according to their tracking, was told this was not possible because it already left
- ordered the item on 24/12/24 today the item got to the uk, address had changed but completely wrong and i was told if it went to the wrong address i wouldn’t get my money back
- spoke to someone else tonight to be told… my address was never amended, could never be amended after at least 7 times of being told they had amended it. Also tonight they have told me I can cancel it before it gets to me and I can get a refund.

Absolute liars!! I hope I do actually get my money back although looking through these reviews I am sceptical, but I screenshotted everything and will be raising a dispute through paypal if I don’t. I will never buy from guess, again. Even if another company is selling it. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service.

Lovely jewellery but awfully made , diamond fell out of ring within 2 days & big stone on bracelet fell out within a week!
Told customer service, sent photos ect , they said either return it but I’ll have to pay for fees or 15% money back!

I bought and returned a jacket

I bought and returned a jacket , over a month later I'm still fighting for my refund it's now Jan 1 and still waiting. They are saying the jacket hasn't arrived at the warehouse. I'll never buy from guess again , what a headache

They dont deliver or refund

Bought shoes from Guess SA website on 2Dec 2024..biggest mistake of my shopping life😿.On the 10th of Dec the order was still on processing,very shocking thats when I started to call them.They then marked it as completed and said its now handed over to their courier Aramex which is another nightmare.20Dec there is still no delivery from Aramex ,worse I couldn’t even get tracking coz the number was not found.I asked for a refund , till today my refund hasn’t been received am still doing back and forth calls..That time they sell expensive clothes but cant even fulfill the delivery nor process a refund

Avoid buying online

My product never arrived after purchasing online from this store. After calling multiple times, they claimed that the purchase has been lost by Evri, when it never left their warehouse. For those who need advice I suggest applying for refund online and after 14 days if the item or refund still hasn't come, call your bank to ask for chargeback from this company or you might not get your item or money back. Hope it helps

Avoid

Placed an order but it didn't arrive? Guess said it was with Evri the courier company but it wasn't. Then Guess said it never left their warehouse? Then Guess said it was 'in transit?'
As nobody seems to know anything in this company I requested a refund and was told "no wait until you receive the order then return it!"
Unbelievable the arrogance! Considering they can't even tell me where the order actually is??
Forget about phoning them as you will not get an actual human being!
