The process you use is very good and sound. The interview process and subsequent follow up are pretty good. What concerns me is the wide distribution of request and for cases where I am sure I have the relevant experience, I am not selected some times. This is probably due to an insufficient project scope or bad matching. There are not too many people in the Oleochemical technology field with my level of experience yet it is sometimes overlooked,

I participated in a project 1 month ago. Guidepoint claims they sent an ACH for payment. The money never hit my bank account. I have sent several emails and left messages for advisor relations to resolve the payment issue. No response.
