Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. I have been approached by them a few times. Twice I filled out lengthy Q&A’s, and I was not contacted back after which I did a full session and I didn’t get paid for my services. I have repeatedly enquired about compensation, but alas no reply. Stay away dear colleagues!

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time.
I have been invited to two "meetings" at fixed times, which require preparation beforehand. Both meetings cancelled at less than two hours notice, due to the "client having completed their project". No payment is made for your prep time and the meeting time, which means your morning or afternoon has been wasted. It is awful.
This is no way to run a business.
There are lots of agents in this space and most are fantastic. Guidepoint should be avoided unless you wish to waste your time and money.

When they reach out for a consultation
When they reach out for a consultation, they design their screening questions to respond to the project topic. You end up providing insight for free. I did it once, received the usual "I wanted to let you know that our client has completed this project and will no longer require additional consultations at this time." That probably means those screening questions gave the required info. Try at your own peril.

Beware & Don't engage (possible scam)
This research agency has been very disappointing in my experience. Survey participants are often left waiting extremely long periods for payment, in some cases many months. The information given about compensation has not matched what was later communicated, and the follow‑up process has been slow and unclear.
The repeated delays and lack of clarity have caused a great deal of frustration for many respondents. I believe the way payments and communication are handled deserves closer attention, as the overall experience raises serious concerns about professionalism and reliability.
I hope this review helps others understand what they may encounter when working with this agency.
