Great service all round
I spoke with Habib today, he was lovely and friendly, and chirpy for a Monday morning.
He was very sympathetic to my situation (electricity outage, possibly due to my own incompetence). He gave me an update on the repair and informed my housing officer to ensure the issue is being dealt with in the most efficient way. He reassured me that everything was in hand. A pleasure to speak with 🙂
Also would really like to thank the emergency electrician who came out initially and made sure everything was safe. He was at our house a good while and tried his best to get our electric back on. We were offered hotel accommodation but that wasn't feasible due to the pets. On hearing this, the electrician (sorry I can't remember your name), removed the fusebox cover again and managed to get us one socket and the lights on so we can have a brew and keep the freezer working.
