I've used Guitar and Amp shop twice now and would always use it as my one-stop shop for musical gear. Their customer service is proper-old-school stylee, as in they do what they promise!
Superb company - buy with confidence.

After being let down by several company's, i called up Guitar and Amp shop to check the availability on an ESP D6 bass guitar. Speaking to a very helpful person called Martin, he took my number and said that he would check up and call me straight back. Within 5mins, Martin was able to guarantee that there was one in stock and if i ordered that day (Friday) it would be with me on Tuesday. Being the cheapest price i could find, i went ahead and ordered and true to Martins word the guitar arrived on the Tuesday morning. Excellent service and i would recommend this company to anyone.

Have bought a black Fender electro acoustic guitar for my son and had to change the order half way through. This was not a problem at all. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the delivery was super quick and I even had a one hour delivery slot and didn't have to wait in all day. Website very comprehensive and competitively priced.

I have shopped with them several times. The product is always as described, the delivery quick and efficient and the customer liaison is superb. I cant speak highly enough of them.

The price of the guitar I bought from this store was excellent, but the delivery time was painful. It took weeks for the guitar to arrive, and there were no communications from the company until I contacted them. The guitar itself arrived in top condition and there have been no problems.

Unfortunatly I now buy my strings elsewhere only because you do not stock a 9.5 gauge top string and I've found that the 10s just a little unbendable. However, I would still come back for other items.

I shopped around all the main suppliers for a GK MB112 bass combo. Guitar and Amp Shop had the best price and offered free delivery and were able to confirm by phone instantly that one was in stock.
The person who took the call confirmed it was a popular choice and that they had not had any problems with the units they had supplied. It was delivered next day to my office.
I can't fault the service in any way and would certainly use this supplier again.

Don't know who the previous reviewer spoke to but I called Monday morning regarding an Affinity Fender Squier Strat guitar Pack and spoke to a very helpful chap. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock, I explained I ideally needed one by Friday, he advised me that they were expecting more stock the following day and that he would send it next day delivery. True to his word I received the guitar today (Wednesday) my 9 year old is absolutely delighted with his new guitar.
Great advise and excellent service.
