I needed strings in a hurry and they had them to me the next day. Great price too.

Phoned in my order for a guitar stand around 5.30pm last night, spoke to a friendly, helpful and efficient guy, now it's 10.25am the next day - and It's here already. Don't normally write glowing reviews, but hats off to Guitarbitz, I'm a happy customer.

I needed to re-string my guitars (14) but didn't have the time to go to my nearest music shop. Went online and found Guitarbitz. They had a extensive choice of guitar strings, as well as a vast range of other musical equipment, to choose from. But importantly, they had my brand. Easy to order from and fast delivery, I certainly will be using them again.

I am still owed the £15.83 Return Shipping Cost. Any purchase not of satisfactory condition should not incur any extra cost to the buyer 'Sale of Goods Act 1979'. I am disappointed that you choose to show contempt for the law and your own Returns Policy.
I have bought and set-up many guitars in my 56years of playing guitar so I know what I'm talking about when I say that frets ends are sharp an not finished properly.
I have never before been sent a guitar that has damage and in less than perfect condition. I shall in future only deal with reputable shops that value their customer relations such as Andertons, Sound Live, PMT.... from whom you could take some pointers.
We buy a lot of band gear and have warned all of my band and contacts of the way Guitarbitz treat customers.
Regarding reply from Guitarbitz :- The guitar had damage. I sent a photo as proof. Tell the truth Guitarbitz. Shame on you.

I was expecting that, as the item I bought was a third of the price of anywhere else, I was going to have trouble. I paid using PayPal, which made the transaction so easy, so that I had comeback should the transaction go South. I really needn't have worried as Guitarbitz is a first rate company, providing a first rate service at unbeatable prices. This review may sound like a sales pitch, however, I can assure you that I am a genuine customer that purchased a genuine Fender guitar. I wholly recommend this company to anyone looking for guitar bits... or Guitarbitz.

Delivery came when expected, guitar was well packed, then for more safety ,box was covered in a generous amount of bubble wrap - guitar was in excellent condition and sounded great; an amazing guitar.
