Gul customer service is excellent. The items arrived quickly, well packaged. And fabric was good quality Unfortunately I had to return two items. Gul refunded the money promptly. Thank you.

2 orders and both times they sent me incorrect items!! Once I could put down to a mistake but to do it again on the next order that’s just incompetence!!!

Good service on Gul’s side. Delivery (evri) just awful couldn’t be bothered to leave by my home, left by a gate on my farm!

Item ordered was no longer available, so Gul automatically credited me in full promptly

Item description needs to be better, what turned out to be a selling point when received looked like a fault which made me think the item was sub standard, whilst you can get an answer via the email and chat, there is no customer service number you can call

Ordered a dry suit on sale for 70% off. A day later my order was cancelled due to missing stock at the warehouse. I was asked to order another product (no comparable products available on sale) then apply for 10% refund on my new order.

I had a problem with delivery company, but GUL resolved that problem and resent the parcel to my new address.

I ordered a pair of knee pads. Their web page shows a pair in the photo and the description states “pads” however only one single pad was delivered.
I had originally given 2 stars, but after multiple attempts to contact Gul with no response, I have reduced to 1 star.

I placed an order for kneepads which was accepted, and then not, due to stock being moved around.
However, the matter was quickly resolved and I got what I wanted thanks to the helpful GUL staff.
I appreciated being able to talk to a human, unlike some very recent experiences I have had.

3 separate orders, 2 on Gul Watersports direct, 1 via Sports Direct which is fulfilled and shipped by Gul direct. All items offered for sale and in stock, all orders paid for in full, 2 were marked as dispatched so a contract of sale is formed (to the best of my knowledge). All orders then cancelled due to no stock, which I find to be impossible to believe as the items all showed in stock on three different days. Will never order from these cowboys again, shockingly poor service.

Made 2 separate orders for dry suits that were on sale, one from Gul direct and one from Sports Direct that Gul fulfil. Both showed stock availability, both orders accepted my payment, Sports Direct confirmed the order had been dispatched but, both orders cancelled due to no stock. Attempted to liaise with customer services, but was told that there is no contract of sale, so they were free to cancel the orders. Very disappointed.

I did make another order for sale items at the same time which has been delivered.

We have a lot of Gul stuff as 3 people in my household are into water sports, doubtful I’ll buy from them again, directly or otherwise given the recent experience.
