Doesn't contact customer to give them option of cancelling rest of order.

Great 5mm neoprene socks
Great 5mm neoprene socks, keep my feet warm while open water swimming. I had some 3mm but they were letting the cold in! Easy to get off/on. Would recommend

Shoes too small
Bought 3 items. Robes were great. Neoprene gloves were fine. Shoes were way too small, I'm 9 1/2 to 10 so size 10 should not be an issue. Not happy to pay a return fee for this as they should have fitted. Other than that it was a good experience

Unfulfilled order
Ordered from website for a sale item only to find out they could not fulfil my order which was very disappointing

Did not have the item item I wanted in…
Did not have the main item I purchased and paid for in stock.
They then sent the impulse £9 item I added into the order but would not have bought for the £6 postage.
I feel a dialogue pre-postage regarding my order when the largest item was unavailable would have been beneficial.
2 star rather than 1 because unavailable item was refunded AND delivered item could have been returned for a refund.
