They said they would cancel my contract with the previous provider and they didn't, now im paying double for the service and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them. Im regreting this desicion SO BAD.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Our apologies for the possible inconvenience this has caused. Within our policy we never cancel contracts with previews providers for new customers. This can be found in the FAQs on our website under the title ‘Zeggen jullie mijn huidige contract op?’

I'm trying to contact the customer department, but neither by phone nor by e-mail. I would like to find out the cost of canceling the contract because it is a joke - 1250 kW per year for € 90 per month. I feel cheated. Please contact. Customer number 18050806

Very nice and honest guys
Very nice and honest guys. I switched my energy contract from my old enrgy contract to a new one by Gulf and it saved me up to 800€ a year.

Scam! Be careful! They get your company details and try to switch your energy provider!
Just got a call from them pressuring me to sign a new contract. Trying to convince me that it's going to be a good savings they sent me a text message with a link to a new contract and wanted me to sing immediately. They have a lot of my personal data and this is disturbing.
I'm very concerned on the level of scamminess happening here.
I don't speak dutch, so I say that I need to double check and read everything myself, but person on the phone started to pressure me and say that I have to do it now. Then they dropped the call.
During the conversation they explained how much I will save and that nothing else will change, that I will not need to do anything. They never mentioned that they are going to change my current energy provider.
